Aleta has worked for ERO since 1994 and has experience in National Environmental Policy Act, Endangered Species Act, and Clean Water Act compliance. Her project experience includes highway reconstruction permitting, reservoir reoperation, water supply systems, oil and gas exploration and extraction, and mining operations. In addition to federal and state planning and permitting, Aleta has experience in local and municipal issues such as open space resource planning and management, watershed management and permitting, and County 1041 programs. In 2007, Aleta successfully established ERO's Western Slope office in Hotchkiss, Colorado, and was elected President of ERO in 2012.

Alex joined ERO in June 2019 with 25 years of finance and accounting experience serving in key leadership positions at companies across a broad range of industries. Alex graduated from Tufts University with a B.S. in Economics; obtaining his M.S. in Accounting and M.B.A. from Northeastern University in Boston. He began his career in public accounting as an auditor working for Price Waterhouse and obtained his CPA license (currently inactive) in New York City. Alex's private industry experience includes construction, manufacturing, freight/distribution, professional services, and restaurant.
Bill has a broad background in natural resource and open space planning, natural resource assessments, National Environmental Policy Act documentation, and water resource studies throughout Colorado and the intermountain West. He has a sound understanding of environmental and land use planning, natural resource policy, biological sciences, and GIS mapping. This interdisciplinary background of technical and professional skills has enabled Bill to effectively coordinate diverse project teams. Bill's comprehensive approach to natural resource problems and issues enables him to develop workable and sustainable solutions.

Clint is a natural resource specialist with 18 years of experience in wetland delineations, vegetation mapping, habitat evaluation, and threatened and endangered species surveys for road construction projects, residential developments, oil and gas developments, water resource projects, and recreation plans. He has experience with water and soil sampling and analysis and a broad background in biological resources. Clint is experienced in Endangered Species Act (ESA) compliance, natural resource impact evaluations, and environmental permitting. He is especially knowledgeable in North American herpetology and has performed several field studies of reptile populations in the Rocky Mountain region, western United States, and Mexico.
Since 2010, Courtney has worked as an ecological biologist experienced in wetland delineations, vegetation mapping, aquatic and wildlife research, threatened and endangered species surveys, and habitat evaluations. She has conducted biodiversity surveys, water quality sampling and analysis, and has a wide-ranging background in implementing conservation practices for several species. She is knowledgeable in federal and state regulations and programs, including the Endangered Species Act (ESA), Clean Water Act (CWA), State Aquatic Nuisance Species (SANS), and Boreal Toad Conservation Plan.
Since 2000, Courtney has completed numerous Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, Modified Phase I ESAs, and Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) Initial Site Assessments. He has served as project manager for Phase I and Phase II ESAs for various CDOT and county road construction projects throughout Colorado. He has experience with soil and ground water contamination delineation and characterization; soil, vapor, and ground water sampling; remediation system design, installation, and operation; and solid and hazardous waste management. He has also assisted with permitting, discharge sampling, and reporting for numerous construction dewatering projects.

David is a graphic designer, illustrator, and GIS Specialist with more than 30 years of professional experience. David specializes in designing publications that address culturally and environmentally sensitive issues and community concerns and perceptions in meaningful, distinctive ways. He has experience with offset printing, web-oriented design, public display materials, and interpretive signage. David also uses GIS to generate creative planning products. He uses ESRI's and Adobe's suites of products for mapping, analyses, and display of geographic data. He is able to work between creative and technical platforms to synthesize accurate web and print applications.
Emily has been managing environmental compliance projects since 2007. She is based in Boise, Idaho, and her work focuses on the Intermountain West. Emily is an experienced National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Endangered Species Act (ESA) compliance specialist with project experience ranging from hard rock and coal mining projects, to dam removals and transmission lines, to land use planning. She has managed and contributed to projects that involved numerous stakeholders and agencies, including the U.S. Forest Service (USFS); Bureau of Land Management (BLM); U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service; National Park Service; Montana Fish, Wildlife, and Parks; and numerous county governments. In addition to her NEPA experience, Emily specializes in Montana Environmental Policy Act (MEPA) compliance and previously worked for the Montana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) as a MEPA coordinator. She also specializes in compliance with state and federal mining regulations, including the Montana Metal Mine Reclamation Act (hard rock mining), the Montana Strip and Underground Mine Reclamation Act (coal mining), USFS 36 Code of Federal Regulations 228 locatable minerals regulations (federal hard rock mining), and the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act (federal coal mining). Earlier in her career (2003 to 2007), Emily worked primarily on natural resources policy, serving in various positions in state and federal government and obtaining a master's degree that focused on natural resources law and policy. Her master's degree work culminated in a research project related to improving the BLM's resource management planning process. She also worked as a land use planner (2007 to 2008) for a surveying and planning firm based in Missoula, Montana.
Emily is an experienced project manager. While at DEQ, Emily coordinated MEPA/NEPA-mandated environmental impact statement (EIS) projects for Montana mines, including the Montanore Mine and Transmission Line EIS, the Troy Mine Reclamation Plan EIS, and the EIS for the Stillwater and East Boulder Mines' Water Management Plans. At ERO, projects that Emily has managed include the Montanore Mine and Transmission Line EIS, the Montanore Project Evaluation Phase Supplemental EIS, and the East Boulder Mine Stage 6 Tailings Storage Facility Expansion Project Environmental Assessment. She also frequently serves as an assistant project manager, including for the Western Energy Rosebud Mine Area F EIS and the Westmoreland Rosebud Mine Area B AM5 EIS.
Emily is an experienced public participation practitioner and a certified natural resources conflict resolution specialist, having completed a graduate-level certificate program at the University of Montana. She has organized and facilitated numerous public meetings for various project types, including mines and subdivisions. She understands how to effectively engage stakeholders and how to run meetings when tensions are high.

Garth has been working since 1996 as a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) professional specializing in environmental impact analysis and map production, as well as the development of stand-alone GIS products. His software skills include Microsoft Office, Microstation, AutoCAD, and ESRI's suite of GIS products. Garth also has written sections of environmental documents and permits.
Jack has been with ERO since 1999 providing environmental and geologic consulting for a wide range of development and redevelopment projects. His experience includes Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, site characterization and monitoring, remedial action evaluations, asbestos-contaminated soils remediation, solid and hazardous waste management, abandoned mine assessment, and Voluntary Cleanup and Brownfields redevelopment. Jack leads ERO's Geoscience division from Denver, providing environmental due diligence and remediation services throughout the west.

Jonathan brings a decade of cultural resources experience to help special districts, local governments, and developers address cultural resource permitting requirements and due diligence. By conducting cultural resource surveys during planning phases or in anticipation of development, clients have been able to avoid costly redesign and delays.

Kathy is a cultural resources project manager and cultural GIS lead for ERO with more than 18 years of experience in cultural resource management. She completed her PhD at the University of New Mexico in 2010 and holds federal and state permits to conduct archaeological investigations statewide in Colorado (state lands and BLM), Utah (BLM), New Mexico (state lands), and North Dakota, as well as USDA National Forest Region 2; Santa Fe, Lincoln, and Gila national forests; and within the northwest area of New Mexico (BLM). Kathy has supervised or participated in survey, testing, and mitigation phase fieldwork in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, North Dakota, South Dakota, Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Illinois, Missouri, Wyoming, and Belize. Her responsibilities include project development, project management, and supervision of all stages of archaeological data collection including file search and literature reviews (Class I), sample inventory (Class II), intensive inventories (Class III), evaluative testing, and data recovery. She specializes in GIS applications and spatial analysis and ceramic technology. As the cultural GIS lead, she is also responsible for the analysis and presentation of all cultural GIS data.

Moneka Worah has worked as a natural resource specialist since 2004, focusing on wetland and riparian ecosystems. She has experience in wetland delineations, Clean Water Act Section 404 permitting, wetland and riparian restoration, functional assessments, and threatened and endangered species surveys. Moneka has assisted clients with obtaining Section 404 Nationwide, Regional, and Individual permitsfor wetland impacts and assisted with Endangered Species Act Section 7 consultations with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Moneka also has experience in National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance and has prepared Environmental Assessments and assisted with Environmental Impact Statements. She has worked on a variety of projects including stream and wetland restoration, large wind development projects, residential developments, oil and gas, recreational trails and facilities, and road construction.

Nicole is a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) specialist and has experience in environmental consulting, hazardous materials management, and emergency response. Since 1997, she has prepared environmental documentation and coordinated activities under NEPA for multiple federal, state, and local agencies. Nicole has led NEPA projects from start to finish; performing NEPA compliance for a variety of projects such as water infrastructure, mining, transportation, and natural resource management. Her training and experience also includes public involvement and meeting facilitation, and she has prepared transportation and visitor use plans and transportation master plans for federal, state, and local agencies. Ron has worked to conserve wildlife and wildlife habitat since 1980 as a professional ecologist and wildlife biologist. His expertise addresses threatened and endangered species issues, wildlife inventories and research, National Environmental Policy Act, environmental permitting, and environmental planning. Ron's project experience includes highway reconstruction permitting, reservoir construction, water supply systems and storage reallocation, oil and gas exploration and extraction, transmission line siting and construction, and mining operations. Sean has practiced cultural resource management since 1996, and has served as the cultural resource manager for ERO since 2005. He is responsible for all facets of cultural resource compliance, developing work plans, coordinating with clients and regulatory agencies, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices, and maintaining quality assurance and control. Sean has a broad range of Section 106 compliance experience including municipal water development, transportation, electrical transmission, vegetation management, land development, oil and gas development, mineral development, and Section 404 Clean Water Act compliance. He is the primary lead for conducting Native American coordination and National Environmental Policy Act impact assessments. Sean has served as principal investigatory on more than 500 projects with cultural resource components for clients such as the Federal Highway Administration, National Park Service, Bureau of Reclamation, Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, Army Corps of Engineers, cities, counties, special districts, and engineering firms.
Steve has provided expertise in ecological consulting since 1995, conducting and managing natural resource investigations throughout Colorado and the western and central United States. Steve's experience includes serving as project manager and assistant project manager for numerous NEPA projects, preparing environmental assessments, and preparing sections of environmental impact statements. He has prepared biological assessments and habitat conservation plans, conducted habitat evaluations and surveys for threatened and endangered species. Steve is also a certified Professional Wetland Scientist with experience in wetland delineation, wetland mitigation, Section 404 permitting, threatened and endangered species, Endangered Species Act compliance, vegetation surveys, and rare species surveys.

Wendy joined ERO in 2006 as a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) specialist and has more than 15 years of experience using GIS specifically for applications of natural resource management. Her software skills include Microsoft Office, AutoCAD LT, Microstation, and ESRI's suite of GIS products. Wendy is trained and experienced in working through the Wyoming Density and Disturbance Calculation Tool (DDCT) for Greater Sage-Grouse and Functional Assessment of Colorado Wetlands (FACWet) Method processes. She is also knowledgeable in habitat and site location suitability modeling, viewshed analysis, and hazard modeling.
