David A Snyder has been in the accounting and tax business for over 25 years. His company, David A Snyder SPA, PLLC, is an affiliate of E.R. Taxes, LLC, specializing in creating business plans, asset protection and tax preparation for individuals as well as corporations. He retains a B.S. degree from Frostburg State University and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Baltimore. David is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), an Enrolled Agent (EA), and has held a Certified Valuation Analyst credential.
Henry Anthony Ebarb was born in Louisiana. At 14 years of age he moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. Dr. Ebarb graduated from Rancho High School, in Las Vegas, received his B.A. from Prescott College, his J.D. from the University Of Oregon School Of Law, and his Ph.D. from Prescott College.

Tony Ebarb has had plenty of experience with personal success. He and his wife of 42 years, Liisa Raikkonen, are the proud owners & founders of ER Taxes, LLC, a tax and financial planning firm that has served Northern Arizona for more than three decades. He and Liisa attended the University of Oregon Law School when they were in their fifties and graduated with law degrees in 1992. He is one of seven members of the Order of the Javelina, a prestigious honor from Prescott College recognizing personal achievement and career success. He was named Philanthropist of the Year in Northern Arizona in 2004. Tony also funds scholarships to Prescott College and his alma mater, the University of Oregon.

Liisa Raikkonen was born and raised in Helsinki, Finland and in 1967, arrived in Prescott, Arizona. She continued her education in the U.S. attending the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Yavapai College, and the University of San Diego. Liisa received her E.A. (Enrolled Agent) certificate in 1980, representing clients at IRS audits. She was awarded a BA from Prescott College where she majored in Linguistics, with a minor in accounting and science in 1984. Liisa is a graduate of the University Of Oregon School Of Law, earning a Doctorate of Jurisprudence, J.D. in 1992. She began her successful practice in law in 1993 upon being accepted to the Arizona Bar. She also funds scholarships to Prescott College and her alma mater, the University of Oregon.
Liisa and her husband Tony Ebarb married in 1978 and together co-founded ER Taxes, LLC in 1980. Her field of practice includes Tax Law, Wills and Trusts.
Liisa loves the Finnish language which she speaks fluently, and enjoys conversing in Swedish and Spanish as well. Her hobbies include reading, dancing, hiking, knitting and traveling.

Phillip Ebarb has been working at ER Taxes since 2014. He is an E.A. (Enrolled Agent) authorized to practice before the IRS, prepare tax returns and represent taxpayers at audits and appeals. He is the grandson of the Founder of E.R. Taxes, (Henry) Tony Ebarb. Phillip and his wife have two children and live in the Mingus Mountain foothills.
