Everything Under the Roof, LLC is a residential construction and maintenance company on the Connecticut shoreline, started in 2006 by the husband and wife team of Kim and Jay Spanier. At work we are a husband and wife team, but at home we are mom and dad, so we truly understand the importance of keeping your home improvement project orderly and on time, while keeping your family (including your pets) safe. We can also ensure NO high pressure sales calls, and no crabby, condescending construction guys working on your project - just our family helping yours!... I'm excited to announce that in addition to our Home Improvement services we now offer customizable Home Maintenance Contracts - where all annual and seasonal maintenance projects are payable over a 12 month period.
