EVENT 360 - Key Persons


Aaron Gingras

Aaron is a life-long Vermonter, musician, and lover of learning who enjoys working with others who believe in what they do. Before joining Event 360 as a Production Coordinator in February of 2022, he spent the previous 10 years coordinating production logistics in the concert-touring world and supporting an array of programming with an INGO working in global ophthalmology. Through his work to date, he has coordinated event logistics and collaborated with programmatic partners on six continents. While working with Event 360, he enjoys supporting the production of multiple national event series - working primarily on the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network's PurpleStride project.

Abbie Peterson

Job Titles:
  • the Marketing and Social Media Manager
Abbie is the Marketing and Social Media Manager and joined the Event 360 team in March 2022 after working on the Walk team for multiple non-profits doing both fundraising and production. She now flexes her muscles on the Creative Services team, obsessing over all things social media and looking out for the next coolest marketing campaign. On event, you'll find her hauling signage, tables, chairs and anything else. Her favorite workout!

Alyssa Pelosi

Alyssa joined Event 360 in 2022 as an Event Production Coordinator. During her time at Event 360, she has had the pleasure of having her hand in producing Pancreatic Cancer Action Network's PanCAN PurpleStride and Shatterproof's Walk. Alyssa now oversees these two projects as the Event Production Manager. Outside of work, you can find Alyssa in her garden, sitting in the sun, or practicing yoga!

Ashley Marquis

Ashley Marquis has worked with the planning, production, and coordination of events for the last 15 years. Prior to Event 360, Ashley has primarily worked at colleges and universities planning events, speakers, concerts, and festivals for hundreds to thousands of students and community members. She has lived and worked in Illinois, Washington DC, Texas, and Virginia (where she currently resides). As an Event Production Coordinator at Event 360, Ashley gets to help create events that matter connecting her to why she began working in the field. Ashley believes the details, care, and intentionality behind events allow them to become invaluable memories and life experiences that bring people together in common purpose.

Brittney Holman

Brittney joined Event 360 in 2022 as the Contract Assistant. During her time at Event 360, she has assisted our legal counsel in routing and tracking contractual agreements among all our projects. Recently, she has taken on the role as the Contract and Purchasing Assistant acting as a liaison between the legal, purchasing and accounting teams routing both contracts and purchasing orders between departments. As a newcomer to the event world, she takes pride in assisting in the back office as well as getting her hands dirty and steps in on event.

Cyrena Hillyard

Job Titles:
  • Director, Creative
Cyrena is the Director, Creative Services and has been with Event 360 for 16 years. Her current and past experience covers everything from brand management, program development, participant experience planning, and creative collateral. She oversees our creative team who provides copywriting, design, program management, website build and maintenance, and much more. On an event, you might see her bringing her obsessive detail-oriented skills to bear as a signage manager.

Erin Piafsky

Erin joined the Event 360 team in 2009. During her time with the company, she has worked on all of the major series that Event 360 has produced (Susan G. Komen 3-Day, MuckFest MS, the MMRF Team for Cures Walk/Run), in participant support, social media, and volunteer management. She is currently the Senior Volunteer Communications Manager working primarily on the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network's PurpleStride project. When she's not traveling the country to staff events, Erin-known as "EDB" to her colleagues-can be found at home in Minneapolis with her husband and two dogs, dominating pub trivia games or performing bad karaoke.

Irina Gelfand

Irina puts her extensive legal experience to work for us as an internal adviser on intersecting business and legal issues such as labor and employment, intellectual property, contracts, risk and liability issues.

Jake Geiger

In his 16 years with Event 360, Jake has delivered exceptional event experiences from the planning phase all the way through to implementation. Specializing in complex event operations, Jake also works with local sites, jurisdictions, EMS, police and fire to ensure our sites and safety planning are top notch. Currently, Jake oversees planning and operations for the MMRF Team for Cures 5K series in 13 cities across the US, the MMRF Journey Endurance Run/Relay, and the Shatterproof Rise Up Against Addiction 5K in seven cities.

Jason Page

Jason has been involved in event production for the last 18 years. Serving in many roles from Medical Specialist, logistics, planning and coordination, Jason's dedication to supporting nonprofit events stems from his genuine passion for making a positive impact on society. Jason has contributed to producing events, internationally, nationally, and regionally in motorsports, collegiate athletics, the arts and nonprofit events. Jason joined Event 360 in 2023 to become a Crew & Volunteer Coordinator for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day series.

Jennifer Hagan

Jen leads our Susan G. Komen 3-Day project. She oversees all aspects of the project to make sure we are executing on the strategy, budget, timeline and especially client expectations. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in recruitment, fundraising, project management and non-profit marketing. Doing good in the world is her passion. In her free time you can find her volunteering for her favorite local charities.

Jesse McDaniel

Jesse joined the Event 360 team in 2021 following a career in the worlds of editing, development, and fundraising. As Creative Services Coordinator he tackles everything from communications trafficking and project management, to copywriting and overseeing niche deliverables. A jack of all trades, master of none (…ok, maybe two or three), his favorite experiences allow him to wordsmith or make meaningful connections with our amazing participants. When he's not city-hopping during event season, he enjoys composing music, penning nonfiction, traveling, and spending time with a good book.

Jillian Schranz

Jillian has worn many hats at Event 360 in the past 14 years - from fundraising coach to project manager, to event IT support. She knows our work and our team inside and out. In her current role as Director of Business Development, she can perfectly partner our clients with the services they need and ensure our team delivers flawless event experiences that yield happy participants and stellar results. On the event, you may find her making sure our client gets the perfect "Victory Pose" photo at the finish line, or putting the finishing touches on a "Top Fundraiser" perks tent.

Joann Buckley Collins

Joann's put the last 17 years into helping our clients communicate effectively with their audience, creating communication strategies, writing the perfect copy and coding web and email content.

Kat Thomas

Kat joined the Event 360 team as a Production Intern 12 years ago and could be considered an event connoisseur through the many roles she's held since then. Her experience ranges from fields operations, volunteer management, participant acquisition and to production. She has now joined the account team helping to manage projects from start to the nitty gritty details all the way to finish.

Kathleen Klotz

Kathleen is an experienced event and fundraising professional who has worked with Susan G. Komen 3-Day walkers and crew in many capacities over the last few years. As a military spouse, she has been proud to be connected to a company that has provided her the flexibility to take on event work when while raising three young children. She thrives on cultivating relationships that create a meaningful and impactful experience for each participant involved in the 3-Day event series. On event you will always find her with a smile on her face and hug for those who need it while jumping in to help with all things behind the scenes.

Kristin Aukstik

Kristin has spent over 15 years working the details from small to big, managing behind the scenes for thousands of people on a bike, walk or run when executing an event or making sure our team and participants travel safe and cost-efficiently as our travel manager. And, when you get her out on event, she's your go to person for special ops and thinking through the scenario with a fresh perspective, and quick, clear actionable plans.

Lindsay Griffin

Lindsay joined Event 360 in 2021 and offers a unique perspective as she came from one of our non-profit client's events teams. She started with Event 360 in a production role and has since had the pleasure of joining the accounts team, leading the MMRF Team for Cures Walk/Run events. Lindsay works to ensure that the team delivers the event experience according to client expectations, within budget and according to the project plan.

Lisa Matuszewski

Lisa oversees the donations operations for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day. For over 15 years she has worked diligently with our technical team, accounting team, payment vendor, and our customer service team to support the donor experience. She is always looking for ways to optimize operations to continuously improve the fundraising experience for our participants and their donors.

Meredith Parker

Meredith joined Event 360 in 2005 and has worn many hats over the years working in field marketing, donations, volunteers, and production. As the 3-Days's Event Production Manager, Meredith oversees our team of Event Production Coordinators and Crew and Volunteer Coordinators. Meredith enjoys the strategic planning and passionate volunteer support that are at the heart of every 3-Day event.

Mike Murphy

Mike Murphy draws upon more than 25 years of concert and corporate special events production experience to create spectacularly creative experiences for our Event 360 clients. A co-founder of Event 360, Mike is an Emmy Award-winning professional who has developed brand-building events, product launches and tours worldwide. As the Line Producer and Director of Special Events for a major movie studio, Mike took film premieres to a new level through extravaganzas in the New Orleans Superdome, the Rose Bowl, aboard the U.S.S. John C. Stennis aircraft carrier and numerous other improbable but spectacular film venues. Mike's other key achievements include the production of a Papal Mass in Denver for 500,000 attendees and tour management and production for Harry Connick, Jr., 10,000 Maniacs and numerous other internationally known touring artists with music.

Molly Fast

Molly leads the company's local operations for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day Series and feels privileged to work with our participant-facing (customer service) team. For over 16 years with Event 360, Molly has been fortunate enough to combine her love of people with the ability to make a difference in the work she does focusing on exceeding expectations and delighting participants along the way, whether it's talking them through a fundraising plan on the phone, or giving them a hug out on the route.

Patrick Riley

Patrick's been with Event 360 since the beginning, developing great relationships with our clients. Whether he's using his project management skills to execute and operate a killer event, or getting his hands dirty at the check-in tent, he always gives it his all.

René Tamayo

René joined Event 360 19 years ago, bringing five years of prior event experience participating in non-profit events across the country. As Tour Manager, he oversees all aspects of the event series production including staffing, planning and logistics management, and execution of the event series.

Samantha Ridings

Samantha joined Event 360 in 2023 as a Social Media Coordinator. She is passionate about all things content and is beyond excited to work with non-profits at Event 360. Day-to-day, Samantha manages the Susan G. Komen 3-Day social media channels, creates content, and writes blog posts. In her free time, you can find Samantha painting, flying trapeze, or traveling the world!

Sarah Coniglio

Sarah has worked in the event production industry for over 20 years; her tenure being at Event 360 where she's touched every aspect of producing an event. From logistics to volunteer operations to project management to executing contingency plans, Sarah thrives in this world, loving the challenge in each project that comes her way! Her favorite part is seeing it all come to life and watching people enjoy the meaningful experiences that have been created along-side a team of people that appreciate this in the way she does.

Slade Thompson

Slade has been with Event 360 for 17 years and has played a role in planning and executing more than 100 events ranging from a 5K for a few hundred people to multi-day events for thousands of participants.

Staci Roos

Since 2004, Staci has dedicated herself to making the Susan G. Komen 3-Day the best it can be. While she's worked with participants in all 3-Day markets, she's primarily connected with the San Diego 3-Day community. From coordinating with local supporters to offering guidance via phone and email, Staci takes personal pride in helping to create an event experience that is as rewarding and fulfilling as possible for every participant.

Susie Ferreira

Susie joined Event 360 in 2023 as an Event Production Coordinator for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day events. Before starting with Event 360 full-time, she worked as a Route Lead on the 3-Day since 2018. She has a long history of working on marching band events and music camps across the country. Outside of work, Susie loves to travel, read, and take thousands of pictures of her sweet pups!

Tim Brockman

As one of our co-founders, Tim Brockman brings more than 20 years in the event operations industry to Event 360 and in addition to leading the team that has planned and executed some of the country's most successful fundraising events, he has managed events for international performing artists including Phil Collins, AC/DC, Ozzy Osbourne and Genesis. Tim's skills and experience make him uniquely qualified to provide executive level oversight to the aspects of event fundraising that are critically important, but that live behind the scenes. With his teams, Tim has personally managed the operations, finances, risk management and logistics for hundreds of large-scale events. He has a keen eye for detail and a sixth-sense for quality control. The front end and back end planning and implementation of every project we do must meet his demanding criteria.
