Mr. Sudesh Nandasiri has provided visionary leadership to bring CWM to the level it is today. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA - Finance) from an Australian university and a Postgraduate of Marketing (CIM) UK. Mr. Nandasiri was a Visiting Lecturer at the Post Graduate Institute of University of Peradeniya - Sri Lanka and a resource personnel of many academic & professional institutes, in relation to the waste management industry. Mr Nandasiri's leadership has led to the achievement of number of global awards including "Green World Award 2018", "Green Apple Award 2017" by Green Organization in UK. CWM was also honored with "Gold award for best financial performance & business Operation on year 2018" together with another Gold award for "Non-traditional Manufacturing sector" at National Business excellence Award in 2017 under the leadership of Mr. Sudesh Nandasiri. Mr Nandasiri is the founder Chairman of Sri Lanka Recyclers Association ( SLRA)

Mrs. Sewwandi Ranasinghe is the co-founder of the CWM group and her untired dedication & commitment assisted to the present growth of the company. Sewwandi is a multi-talented entrepreneur and holds a Master of Business Administration ( MBA) postgraduate from Australian Institute of Business ( AIB). Mrs. Sewwandi qualified with CIM , Higher Diploma with Software Engineering and quailed in Pharmacology. She holds professional memberships with CIM - UK. Mrs Sewwandi Ranasinghe is the head of Admin & Finance of the company and she holds similar capacities at a number of Trade Brands in Sri Lanka and Overseas.
