Billy has been a member of the Excell management team since 2000, when he came on board as a Construction Manager in our corporate office. In 2003, Billy was offered the opportunity to become Gulf Coast Regional Manager in Daphne, AL, where he managed construction projects and crews in our Gulf Coast footprint. In 2009 Billy was promoted to the Regional Director position, and recently became the Director of Construction Services for Excell at large. Billy has 23 years of experience in the wireless telecommunications construction industry.
Zach has been a member of the Excell management team since 2000, when he came on board as Manager of Environmental and Regulatory Compliance. In 2011, Zach became Manager of Construction Operations where his unique project experience in new vertical markets and his expertise in crew management gained him the Director of Construction Services and Corporate Safety Officer positions in 2017. In 2018, Zach was named CEO of Excell Communications. Zach is a registered Professional Engineer in Alabama and a licensed General Contractor throughout the Southeastern US.
