Christopher is the Managing Partner at Charles Thomas & Partners, General Partner of CT Ventures, and a Limited Partner of several venture capital funds. He has 30 years of investment banking experience in the area of corporate finance and strategy in Asia.
Christopher specializes in the life sciences and technology sectors, in addition to corporate, finance and strategic advisory mainly in capital raising, enhancing shareholder value and improving operational efficiency. Christopher has extensive transaction experience, particularly in cross-border deals between Asia and North America. John Meekison is a veteran investment banker who specialized in both the life sciences and technology sectors at Haywood Securities Inc., Dlouhy Merchant Group Inc., and Pacific International Securities Inc. (now PI Financial Corp.). As a financier, John raised equity capital for several biotechnology and technology companies in both Canada and the United States. He has also acted as the Chief Financial Officer for a TSX-listed company developing a novel clinical diagnostic platform, where he supervised all public reporting, accounting, and finance functions.

Michael Evans founded Evans & Evans in 1989. As the Principal of Evans & Evans, he oversees the corporate finance activities of the firm both domestically and internationally.
At the firm Michael has been responsible for client transactions in private placements, reverse mergers, initial public offerings and debt issuances. In addition, he has advised on many merger and acquisition transactions and has originated transactions for both purchasers and sellers. He has acted as a Director for numerous public companies in Canada and the United States.
Many of Evans & Evans' corporate finance clients are internationally based with a particular concentration in Asia. Michael has a professional working proficiency in Mandarin and spends a considerable amount of time in Asia on corporate finance-related activities.
Prior to founding Evans & Evans, Michael worked in the venture capital industry in Western Canada for several years and began his business career in marketing and sales in the technology sector with Wang Canada Ltd. in 1983.

Neil Anderson has more than 40 years of experience in all phases of business and project management on a domestic and international basis. As a senior officer and director of several companies involved in the development and acquisition of petroleum, mining, renewable energy and light industrial companies, he was responsible for identifying, developing, financing, building and managing projects in both the private and public sectors. Many of these projects involved sensitive understanding and consultation with stakeholders, the development of environmental impact assessments and working with governing bodies in the implementation of the projects.
Neil was also involved with the construction of various facilities relating to petroleum and light industrial projects. Currently Neil is acting as the President and Director for Coastal Hydropower Corporation.
Neil holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science degree from the Mount Royal College in Calgary, Alberta.
