With her extensive experience in digital marketing, she helps companies of all sizes build their brand equity by enhancing their online presence and generating demand. Abbie's passion for creating exceptional and memorable online experiences begins with powerful content that tells your unique story. From there, she works with the EMM team to build intuitive websites, improve SEO, generate qualified leads through digital ads and Search Engine Marketing, and develop comprehensive social campaigns that resonate with your target audience and get them excited about your company and solutions. Abbie is an avid sportswoman, a dedicated aunt, and a newly married Texan! Anthony Ferreira

A seasoned vet in graphic design, Anthony has provided his expertise in both graphic design and technology to Extra Mile Marketing since 2007. Anthony has worked with Extra Mile Marketing as a graphic designer for more than a century. We don't know anything about him and he likes it that way. He works in his basement somewhere in the U.S. and is very good at what he does. We love working with Anthony because he understands technology and excels at making infographics out of very technical information.

Gina Svab

Gina is EMM's Marketing Assistant extraordinaire. She juggles her role as research assistant, website editor, event coordinator, and project tracker with a meticulous flare. Gina is EMM's Marketing Assistant extraordinaire. With a background in marketing and communications, Gina utilizes her strong attention to detail and knack for innovative ideas to help build client materials that are visually engaging and on-point. Gina uses her meticulous flare to perform market research, arrange models and locations for photo shoots, organize and schedule meetings, plan and deliver flawless events, write and implement updated website copy, build beautiful PowerPoint presentations and workbooks for our training classes, and come up with fresh, new campaign ideas. If you have called EMM, you have likely spoken with Gina, whose energy, intelligence and client-first attitude shines through. Gina graduated from Gonzaga University, where she was a Marketing Intern for the university, executing multi-platform social media strategies, working with a variety of stakeholders to create a unified brand awareness on campus, and developing campus dining event strategies. She has also worked with non-profits where she strategized and implemented social ad campaigns, planned local community building events, and delivered a letter writing campaign calling policymakers and state senators to action. On the weekends, Gina spends her time skiing, hiking, paddle boarding, and trying out fun new recipes.

Jessica Stevenson, Sr.

Jessica Stevenson, Sr. Project Manager at Extra Mile Marketing, is an experienced strategist in all things digital, with extensive expertise in technical project management. Jessica joined Extra Mile Marketing (EMM) in 2016 and is an experienced senior technical Project Manager with expertise in strategic planning, developing meticulous project plans, and executing flawless campaigns. With her deep understanding of digital marketing, Jessica applies her strategic, creative, and tactical skills to deliver successful results in targeted marketing initiatives, sales materials, and campaign development. In addition, she brings an exceptional ability to facilitate cross-collaboration amongst teams, internally and externally. Prior to joining EMM, Jessica worked at Microsoft in the Enterprise Partner Group, managing content execution across various channels, communications materials, and presentations to reinforce organizational business goals and objectives. Jessica is a Seattle native and attended Phoenix University studying Communications in Technology. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as hiking, photography and fitness challenges for charities - most recently competing in the 60 Miles Challenge for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Jim Glantz

Jim brings his expertise in Leadership Development and Change Management to EMM clients. He founded The Academy for Leadership and Training (TAFLAT) after years of hiring world-class leadership firms to assist with new leadership programs. As a Vice President for the Wonderful Company (Pom Wonderful, Fiji Water, Justin Winery, Wonderful Pistachios, and more), Jim realized that there was a strong need for customized leadership training at companies of all sizes, along with one-on-one Executive Coaching for VP and C-levels. Since TAFLAT's inception, Jim has continually added services as client's needs expanded, including Sales Leadership development and Salesperson training. Jim partnered with several other senior leadership consultants to launch The Academy, and soon one or two clients became dozens. TAFLAT has now branched out to offer highly successful Sales Training, Presentation Coaching, and First Time Manager's Workshops. Since their inception, TAFLAT has secured clients from Fortune 100 companies to small start-ups, and everything in-between. Jim leads his team with a passion for excellence and a willingness to make each client's unique needs drive their engagements. Lisa Redburg - COO

Lisa Redburg is COO for Extra Mile Marketing with an extensive background in the information technology industry, bringing her strategic thinking to every project she undertakes. Lisa is a seasoned marketing and project management professional, with a deep understanding of technology, target marketing, and account supervision. Her expertise spans product and program management, website development, event and association management, and execution in all areas of marketing plans. Lisa also serves as our COO, leading the EMM team, managing technology and processes, and controlling purchasing. Prior to joining EMM in 2010, she spent more than 15 years in the information technology industry at a Microsoft Learning Solutions Partner. Lisa is a strategic thinker who leaves no details to chance and isn't afraid to roll up her sleeves to get things done. She is a Washington native and enjoys skiing, biking, and running in her free time.

Lori Stutsman, President and Founder of Extra Mile Marketing, is an award-winning leader bringing expertise in enterprise marketing and C-level decision-making to every EMM project. In 2003, Lori opened Extra Mile Marketing (EMM) to build a powerful team who worked collaboratively, designed creatively, and looked forward to showing up at work. Since then, EMM has grown to become an award-winning marketing partner for Enterprise clients in exciting industries including technology, financial services, CPG, healthcare, and agriculture, among others. Lori understands the dynamics of decision making within a business because she has had a seat at the corporate table, leading teams that marketing, real estate, training, customer and product support, product development, and sales administration. Working with Lori means bringing a menagerie of perspectives to your team. She has been a C-level decision maker and an independent business owner, a mother and a jet-setter, a competitive bridge player and a philanthropist. The needs of children hold a special place in Lori's heart. She has served on several boards including the Bellevue School District's Strategic Planning and Math Adoption committees and has served as Board Chairman and Board Development Chair for Friends of Youth, a large non-profit serving children and youth in the greater Puget Sound area. Maria is a copywriter at EMM whose passion for storytelling shines throughout every piece she creates. Maria joined the EMM team in 2022 as a copywriter. She is passionate about storytelling, which shows up throughout every piece she creates, whether an eBook, blog article, solution sheet, infographic, or even an RFP. Evidence of this can be found in her blog article entitled "What Greek Mythology Taught Me About Business Storytelling". Maria enjoys brainstorming with the team, looking for that creative answer to the marketing problem. She ensures that her writing attracts the right audience through her use of SEO and by utilizing a client's Messaging Framework, identifying their key Points of Differentiation. Maria's experience includes writing for business and lifestyle magazines in the greater Seattle area. A Texas native, but Seattle transplant, she studied at the University of Puget Sound and completed her master's degree in Science Writing at Johns Hopkins. Her past roles in outdoor education and teaching English in Germany have added unique and useful tools to her writing approach. In her free time, Maria enjoys hiking, swing dancing, and spending rainy afternoons in coffee shops.

From eBooks and blogs to website pages and video scripts, Matt is passionate about telling stories that realize a client's vision, while connecting with their core audience. He also loves brainstorming with the EMM team and brings strong creative concepts to every planning session. Before joining EMM, Matt worked for TV newsrooms in Seattle and Michigan, specializing in writing copy for their online news divisions. In his free time, Matt enjoys watching and writing about movies, and loves coming up with personalized recommendations for people.

Norma "Normie" Redburg

Norma "Normie" Redburg has been EMM's secretary and official mascot since 2016. She loves brainstorming sessions, meeting new clients, and Milk Bones. Norma "Normie" Redburg joined the Extra Mile team in 2016 after a short stint at Seattle Humane. Raised in eastern Washington, she brings a wealth of experience and positive attitude toward her coworkers. Normie loves sitting in on client meetings, taking naps in her mom Lisa's office, and going for walks in the office courtyard. Her favorite days at EMM are our annual PB&J Day to make sandwiches for Seattle Heroes for the Homeless. Among her many accomplishments, she has completed Section J of the Pacific Crest Trail twice.
