Mike joined Cape Cod's Holmes & McGrath, Incorporated after the attainment of his Bachelor of Science degree in 1983. Beginning as junior engineer/ draftsperson, he quickly achieved the position of Project Manager. And by 1990, his role at the company grew to Vice President of Civil Engineering/Partner - a position he held for 12 years.
