John and Chelsea Smith are proud Alumna of Dallas Baptist University where they met. They opened their first business in DFW, Fastest Labs of Addison, while they were still engaged back in 2017. After selling the thriving Addison location in 2021, they moved to San Antonio to take over the original Fastest Labs clinic location and to be closer to their family.
Chelsea's favorite part of Fastest Labs is working directly with employers, HR directors, and small business owners to effectively maintain and/or update their drug testing program. John's favorite part of the business is bringing value and improvement to our current and prospective company clients. Our clients tend to become like family - we are here to serve!

I have over 30 years (yes, I'm old) of business experience owning businesses or in the corporate world. Why did I decide to open a drug testing lab? Because I want to make sure our world is a safe place to live and do business. Besides, does anybody get into this business to collect urine?
When I'm not collecting sample, I love sports - playing or watching. Nowadays, I watch more than I play.
My name is Fumiko Sato, and I am one of the managers of Fastest Labs of Scottsdale. I have a very rich background in relationship management and customer service.
I grew up in Japan in a region that is close to Mount Fuji. When I was 19 I moved to the United States to go to college and learn English. Many years later, I am still here and love living in Arizona.

Our President and Director of Operations, Glenda Stachowiak, is a proud graduate of the University of Houston and has been in the business world for more than three decades. She is a native Houstonian with deep roots in the community and has worked for both non-profit and for-profit companies.
She has extensive experience and expertise in drug, alcohol, and DNA testing for both individuals and corporations, both large and small. The small to medium sized-companies were her target market. When the large companies recognized the service, expertise, accuracy, and great customer service she offered, they soon came calling.
On the corporate side, testing has been done on employees and candidates of Fortune 5 companies all the way day to small and medium sized companies. For Department of Transportation governed companies, she has extensive experience with 49 CFR Part 40 and can write and implement drug and alcohol policies for these companies as well as non-DOT governed companies. On the personal side, she has significant experience handling immigration, legal, and individual needs.
My name is Joe Delaney, and I am one of the managers of Fastest Labs of Scottsdale. I have a very rich background in management, business development, relationship management and customer service.
It has always been my dream to be an Entrepreneur. I grew up in Philadelphia and then served four years of active duty in the United States Marine Corps. After my time in the USMC, I went to college and received a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a minor in accounting. Since college, I have spent over 25 years in multiple industries but have always worked in areas that required that I keep my clients satisfied at as high a level as possible.

​Paula H. Whitfield has over fifteen years of experience as an operational leader in developing solutions for clients to meet performance and profit expectations utilizing varied business practices, core competencies and key skills. Her areas of expertise are strategy, process improvement, project management, change management, and business acquisitions.
Paula's business acumen developed during her tenure in key positions at corporations in the automotive, oil and gas, and healthcare industries. She has coached business owners to improve performance and create programs and training to sustain and improve profitability. She is currently the owner and operator of Fastest Labs of Central Houston, a drug testing clinic located in the downtown Houston area.
Paula earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance from Howard University. She also holds a Prosci Change Practitioner Certificate and Completing her MBA at Louisiana State University Fall 2022. She resides in Houston with her husband and two sons.
Terri Fichter opened Fastest Labs of Omaha in October of 2017. Both grew up in the Omaha area and after graduating from the University of Nebraska-Omaha, they moved to Minneapolis, MN for 9 years where Terri worked as a Sales/Customer Service Manager for a Marketing company and Dan worked as a Sales Manager for a major furniture company. Dan's job took them to Memphis, TN where they lived for 11 years. After being away from the Midwest for 21 years, they decided to move back to the Omaha area to raise their two boys. Fastest Labs of Omaha is a family affair, employing not only Dan and Terri and their oldest son Ben, a student/athlete at Morningside University, but also Dan's Mother. They recently welcomed Hailey, their newest team member as an Assistant Clinic Manager in 2021.
When not at the office, you will likely find Dan and Terri, rain, snow or shine, watching their sons play football or baseball. Dan also loves taking care of his yard and playing golf in his spare time.
My name is Will Wick, and I am the owner of Fastest Labs of Central Charlotte. I have a very rich background in product development, operations, strategy and customer service. It has always been my dream to be an Entrepreneur, and I work to ensure that our products and services are innovative, timely and cost-effective.
Fastest Labs was established 10 years ago, and our location has been open since May 2020. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service and fast results. Fastest Labs of Central Charlotte focuses on providing a safe drug-free work environment for small to large companies, as well as creating personal long lasting relationship with all of our customers.
We are different from other providers of similar products and services in many ways. We are a fast-paced, local small business focused on delivering a customized experience for our Charlotte market and customers, yet we can also leverage the nationwide reach of our additional locations when needed.
