F.C. Bertsch & Co., Inc, founded in 1987, in the person of Frederick C. "Chuck" Bertsch III, specializes in the valuation of interests in businesses, partnerships, and limited liability companies. Mr. Bertsch is an ASA (accredited senior appraiser) in the American Society of Appraisers and has more than 30 years of valuation experience; he belongs to the Philadelphia, Delaware and Chester County Estate Planning Councils. He is a graduate of Wesleyan (BA) and Wharton (MBA in finance), is listed in Who's Who in America and Who's Who In Finance and Business. He has completed more than 60 M & A transactions and served as chief financial officer of two companies, one of which was NYSE listed.
