Alex Marshall has 25 years of institutional real estate investing experience including 20 years as a partner at FCP. Prior to joining FCP, Mr. Marshall was a member of the Real Estate Group at JP Morgan Partners, where he participated in underwriting, structuring, closing and asset managing a $650 million portfolio consisting of over 60 value-add and opportunistic real estate investments. Before joining JP Morgan Partners, Mr. Marshall was an Associate in the Acquisitions Group at ING Clarion, a New York-based real estate investment firm. While there, Mr. Marshall closed on the purchase of real estate assets valued in excess of $550 million for various institutional clients. Prior to moving to the Acquisitions Group at ING Clarion, Mr. Marshall served as the lead Financial Analyst on a $2 billion retail portfolio consisting of 27 properties nationwide. Mr. Marshall is a co-founder and member of the board of directors of Washington DC-based Families for Families, a Founding Member and Advisor to the Fair Chance Fund, and previously a 7-year member of the board of directors of Operation Smile International where he served on the finance committee. Mr. Marshall received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Boston College's Carroll School of Management.

Brian Cohn is Chief Information Officer. Mr. Cohn manages FCP's growing IT, data and reporting demands. Additionally, he is responsible for FCP's cybersecurity and infrastructure capabilities.
Brian previously served as a senior IT manager at Capital One Bank, where he was responsible for Fraud and Customer Security Technologies. Before joining FCP, Brian provided pro-bono mentorship and consulting to local non-profits and start-up companies in Recife, Brazil. Prior to Capital One Bank, Brian was a manager at FI Consulting. He received his MBA with a specialization in Finance and Strategy from Georgetown University and earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Brian Stai is a Senior Project Manager overseeing capital projects for the FCP operating portfolio in the Carolinas, Florida and portions of Virginia. Mr. Stai is based in FCP's Raleigh, NC office.
Mr. Stai has more than 25 years of experience in multifamily, mixed-use, commercial property management and construction management. and served most recently with the Donaldson Group. Prior to the Donaldson Group, he served as project manager for companies in both new construction and remodeling. Mr. Stai graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BS in Economics.

Dara Vaziri is a member of FCP's asset management team. He is responsible for executing business plans and developing operational strategies for FCP's Texas multifamily portfolio. He also oversees the implementation and creation of FCP's project management system for multifamily CapEx. Since joining FCP, he has led the business plans for 6,500 units and created FCP's CapEx management platform.
Prior to joining FCP, Vaziri worked for Turner Construction where he assisted in the management of the United States Capitol Dome renovation, a $55 million office renovation in Washington, DC, and managed a $700 million portfolio of ground-up construction projects. Dara graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Civil Engineering and his MBA with a concentration in finance from the University.

Daren Hill is a Senior Project Manager overseeing capital projects for the FCP operating portfolio in Texas. Mr. Hill is based in the Dallas area. Mr. Hill has more than 13 years of experience in multifamily mixed-use property management and served most recently with UDR in Plano, TX. Prior to UDR, he served in multiple positions for Gables Residential throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

David Pierce is responsible for the design, maintenance, and development of datasets and BI reports in support of FCP's Asset Management, Structured Investments, and Impact/ESG teams. He additionally supports process automation, data analysis, and data reconciliation efforts across the organization.
David previously served as a Senior Business Analyst at CoStar Group. There, he was responsible for internal strategy, process automation, and data analysis/visualization for the company's Market Analytics, Product, and Sales teams. Prior to that, David was a Senior Market Analyst at CoStar covering Colorado and Utah. In that role, he analyzed and presented on CRE/multifamily trends, and created the core data analysis and visualization tools used by the company's Market Analyst group.
David graduated from Wake Forest University, where he earned his BS in Economics and MA in Management with a Finance specialization.

Eric achieved his bachelor's degree in Applied Science and has had formal training from Siemen's Technology on boilers, chillers, building automation, fire system, wet and dry. He has had formal OSHA training for work in safety and equipment. Prior to joining FCP, Eric was with Greystar, where he was the regional maintenance director for a large portfolio of multifamily assets in Colorado, North Dakota, and California. Eric started his career in the multifamily industry in 1999 and has extensive experience in topics such as capital projects, due diligence, budgeting, process deployment and management, and team training.

Founding partner Esko Korhonen has 39 years of experience in the real estate principal investment and development arena. Prior to co-founding FCP, Mr. Korhonen was a Principal of The Carlyle Group's first real estate private equity fund. In that capacity, he served on the fund's Investment Committee, was instrumental in raising investment for the $457 million fund, and was involved in numerous transactions. Before joining Carlyle, Mr. Korhonen was Vice President of ING Group, where he was responsible for ING's North American real estate portfolio. He began his real estate career with the Trammell Crow Company. Mr. Korhonen has served on the Board of Directors of Tower Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE-TOW), the Board of Trustees of The Maret School in Washington, DC, Founding Member and Advisor for Fair Chance Fund, and former Co-Chair of The Northwestern University Leadership Council, Washington, DC and a Trustee of the MD-DC chapter of The Nature Conservancy, where he served as co-chair for the capital campaign. Garland Faist is responsible for directing the accounting, tax and financial operations of FCP's management companies and partnerships.
Prior to joining FCP, Mr. Faist was Vice President - Corporate Controller for The Mills Corporation (formerly NYSE:MLS) which owned and managed retail and entertainment centers throughout the United States, Canada and Europe. Prior to The Mills Corporation, Mr. Faist was a senior manager with the international accounting firm, KPMG LLP. Harris Dugger is a project manager overseeing FCP investments in the Atlanta area and is also based in that market. Prior to joining FCP, Katie was the managing director for global HR at FrontierView (part of FiscalNote) where she managed day-to-day HR operations across multiple countries and various M&A projects. In addition, Katie was a human resources generalist at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, Dickstein Shapiro LLP, and APCO Worldwide. Katie holds a bachelor's degree in human resource management from Michigan State University.

Brown & Sons, where he was involved in $2.5 billion of real estate M&A and underwriting transactions. Mr. Rice also developed residential communities as a Principal at Haas & Hayne Corporation and structured and closed loans, private placements, and interest rate swaps as a Corporate Account Officer at Chemical Bank. Mr. Rice serves on the boards of United Bankshares, Inc. (NASDQ: UBSI) and The Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Washington and is the Co-Chair of NMHC's Workforce Housing Committee Legislative Sub-Committee. Prior to joining FCP and migrating to the United States in 1997, he owned and managed a construction company in India and completed several complex projects including road bridge, irrigation canal and super passage. Mr. Mahyera graduated as an army officer from an Indian Military School, which is equivalent to West Point. He also has a Class A license from DPOR and is a licensed helicopter pilot.
