EZ SPRAY

Founded in 1987, MEP Manufacturing, Inc. looked closely at the pretreatment process and noticed a real need for companies to improve their maintenance process. With a vision of a complete product line and engineering service focusing only on pretreatment, we started molding our Clip-On Nozzles. Our goal was to improve serviceability of the nozzles and offer them at a competitive price. The results were outstanding. Soon, the old method of threading nozzles into a fitting became obsolete. Through hands on research, we soon saw a quality advantage to customers if they could remove their washer components quickly. We then developed the EZ Qwik Disconnect™. This allowed workers to clamp on a riser pipe in a matter of seconds. It eliminated the need for added material and labor cost. It also made maintenance a Snap. We expanded our product line to include complete engineered custom pretreatment piping systems utilizing CPVC pipe coupled with our line of EZ Spray components... E-Z Spray™..
