Brian J. Longe - CEO, President

Brian J. Longe is President and CEO of Sontiq, an Intelligent Identity Security company arming businesses and consumers with award-winning products built to protect what matters most. Longe is an accomplished leader with a proven track record of accelerating the trajectory of the companies he's led. Most recently, Longe served as President and CEO of AST Group (AST). Under Longe's leadership, AST was honored with the 2018 REBRAND 100 Global Award, developed to highlight the company's significant expansion of its corporate mission and investment in leading digital technology initiatives as well as the thoughtful extension of business lines and services. His award-winning leadership includes being CEO of Wolters Kluwer Financial & Compliance Services Division from 2010-2015 and as President and CEO of Wolters Kluwer Financial Services from 2005-2010. Prior to his success at Wolters Kluwer, he served as CEO of Paragon Corporate Holdings, as well as President and CEO of its largest unit, AB Dick Company, an electronic imaging systems manufacturer. Previously he served as President of Bell and Howell, a document imaging and banking software company. Longe served as an Advisory Board Member of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (2014-2017) and is currently a Board Member for Empyrean Solutions and Ncontracts. He has an MBA from the University of Michigan and a bachelor's degree in Economics from Albion College.

David Crowe - CFO

Dave Crowe is Chief Financial Officer of Sontiq, an Intelligent Identity Security company arming businesses and consumers with award-winning products built to protect what matters most. Crowe leads all finance, accounting, legal and administrative functions, including financial planning and analysis, controllership and audit, corporate reporting, treasury and resource management. Crowe has more than 17 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and corporate compliance. Before joining Sontiq, he held multiple leadership roles at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., including Operations Finance Controller. During his tenure at Stanley Black & Decker, Crowe supported the successful financial acquisition of multiple brands and businesses. He is a recipient of the Stanley Black & Decker's Eagle Award, known for being the company's most prestigious recognition of its highest performing individuals who demonstrate key leadership competencies. Crowe also served as a Controller at Danaher Corporation, a Fortune 500 global science and technology conglomerate. Crowe honed his financial management methodologies through the company's lean manufacturing principles. Most influential was the company's continuous change and business improvement process, delivered through its proprietary Danaher Business System (DBS). Crowe earned his MBA from Hofstra University.

Jeffrey Short

Jeffrey Short is Executive Vice President, Client Operations of Sontiq, an Intelligent Identity Security company arming businesses and consumers with award-winning products built to protect what matters most. Short is responsible for accelerating Sontiq's growth path. He also focuses on the needs of the company's customers and partners, helping them build transformative programs to protect the identities they are responsible for. He brings over 30 years of sales, sales operations, and customer support experience, along with a strong track record within the Financial Services and Government segments. Most recently, Short held several leadership roles at Wolters Kluwer, including serving as Vice President of Sales Center of Excellence for the Government Risk and Compliance division. During his tenure at Wolters Kluwer, Short was named Vice President of Operations and Planning, Vice President of Sales, and led sales training and quality assurance. Prior to his work at Wolters Kluwer, Short was responsible for Federal Solutions business development at Eastman Kodak. Short is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, supporting his efforts to create effective process that fuel increased profitability. Short holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Public Relations from Fairleigh Dickenson University. He is dedicated to his community serving as the Chairman of the Board for Fort Washington Christian Church as well as a Board Trustee with Browne Academy, an Independent School located in Alexandria, Virginia.

John Evans

Evans leads the sales functions within Sontiq. Evans is an expert in Solution Selling and is known for taking organizations to their next level of growth by devising innovative initiatives, cultivating productive relationships, leveraging cutting-edge technology, and leading teams to ambitious and sustainable levels of achievement. Before joining Sontiq, Evans was Senior Sales Director with Celerity IT/ AUSY. He was a key contributor in growing Celerity revenue 30 percent before acquisition to AUSY. He directed sales, operations, channel development, and was instrumental in positioning Celerity IT as the industry expert of choice across multiple verticals. Evans worked closely with multinational corporate executive customers to identify needs and deliver customized services, products, and solutions that facilitated substantial success for customers as well as Celerity IT. Evans holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Business Law from Marymount University. He is an active volunteer with Partner in Hope and supporter of the President's Circle of Marymount University.

Matt Cullina

Cullina is responsible for driving Sontiq's global growth and strengthening strategic partnerships throughout the insurance markets. He brings over 25 years of experience in cyber services, insurance research, development, and claims management. Prior to Sontiq's acquisition of Cyberscout®, Cullina served as Managing Director of Global Markets at Cyberscout. Before that position, Cullina was CEO of Cyberscout from 2008 to 2018. He helped to guide Cyberscout's maturity from a single product business focused on the U.S. to becoming the leading provider of personal and commercial cyber solutions to the insurance industry, with both a U.S. and global footprint. Cullina has a rich background in the Property Casualty industry, having held complex claims management roles at Travelers and Allianz. Additionally, Cullina served as Director of Product Development for MetLife®'s P&C company and was responsible for the product development and management of MetLife's personal lines offering. Cullina is a sought-after thought leader on cyber risk and insurance and often speaks at industry events and is quoted throughout the media. He has served on several boards. Most recently, he chaired the Board of the Identity Theft Resource Center (ITRC), where he served for six years. Cullina has championed foster youth and adoption issues over the years, serving on the First Start Board. He was the recipient of the Congressional Angels in Adoption Award representing the State of Rhode Island. Cullina graduated Cum Laude from Salve Regina University, majoring in politics.

Rochelle Blease

Blease is responsible for leading Sontiq's growth strategy and product management team. She brings over 30 years of experience in growing portfolios and deep expertise in product management and product marketing. Previously, she spent 24 years at Wolters Kluwer, a global information technology and services company. She led strategic planning, business development and acquisition efforts to accelerate growth and quadrupled the size of the company's Financial Services software and services portfolio to more than $600M. During her time at Wolters Kluwer, she also led strategic planning, as well corporate marketing, branding, and internal and external communications for the $1.2B Governance, Risk & Compliance Division. She holds a Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from California Western School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science from North Dakota State University. Rochelle is also a licensed attorney with the State Bars of California and Minnesota. She has completed executive level education at Harvard Business School's Executive Education program, The University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business and Ashridge Executive Education Hult International Business School.
