Grant Green - Director/Contracts Manager Grant has been in the Auckland construction market for 30 years originally commencing and training at Mainzeal where he qualified with NZCB and Diploma in Building. He then progressed onto site manager level with a design build company on major shopping centre projects. Grant was the project manager at Federal and was responsible for the award winning historic refurbishment of the Old Customhouse into a DFS in 1997 before also becoming an owner / director in the same year.

Steve Quine - Managing Director Steve has in excess of 38 years experience in the Auckland construction market. Initially qualifying in carpentry he advanced through site and project management levels in a design build company, where he gained financial and contractual experience before being instrumental in establishing a company in 1988 which developed into a company with a $100m turnover and 60 staff. In 1995 Steve and other key directors jointly established their own company - Federal.
