John Locke Adair

John Locke Adair is a commercial litigator licensed to practice law in both Texas and Arkansas. Adair's strategy and presence in the courtroom are invaluable to his clients. He received his B.A. from Harding University and a J.D. from Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law where he graduated summa cum laude. After graduating law school, Adair became a federal law clerk for the Eastern District of California. While clerking, Adair also served as an adjunct professor at Simpson University. JOY H. PHILLIPS

Joy H. Kyle A. Coker represents both publicly traded and private businesses and individuals in a wide array of commercial litigation, M&A, and general corporate & securities matters in both state and federal courts across the country. Kyle is known to his clients as a problem-solver, stemming from a prior-to-law background in acquiring and growing businesses of his own, private equity, as well as in institutional fund research & management. Kyle has represented clients with businesses in the bio-tech, oil & gas, cloud services, manufacturing, commercial & residential real estate, construction, franchise development, convenience & grocery store, vape & CBD, metaverse, healthcare, and cosmetics industries. Beyond his representation in transactional matters, traditional litigation, and general advisory roles, Kyle has represented clients in strategic planning relating to or in litigation before the US Food and Drug Administration, the Securities & Exchange Commission, the US Department of Agriculture, the Texas Department of Agriculture, and various other state and federal agencies. He received his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in February of 2019. Lawrence J. Friedman

Lawrence J. Friedman practices in the areas of commercial litigation, including shareholder suits, partnership disputes, intellectual property controversies, real estate, and contract disputes. MELISSA R. KINGSTON

Melissa Russ Kingston practices in the areas of commercial litigation, professional defense, labor and employment, probate and guardianship, real estate, land use, and construction. Mrs. Kingston served as in-house counsel for Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway Company until 2002, concentrating on labor and employment law. Mrs. Kingston is also an active member of the Dallas community, having served as a volunteer for the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program, as various Chair, Vice-Chair and membership positions with the Dallas Bar Association and as a community liaison and outside general counsel for non-profit groups and community advocacy groups.
