Mr. Leonard is certified as a Civil Trial Law Specialist by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is "AV rated" by Martindale-Hubbell. He has been licensed to practice in the State of Texas since 1989, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas. Mr. Leonard is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and State Bar of Texas. He is a former law clerk to the Honorable Robert C. McGuire, Chief Judge, United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division.
James Robert Krause practices in the areas of commercial litigation and business law. He has extensive experience suing and defending fiduciaries in the corporate, partnership, probate and trust contexts. He received a B.A., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University in 1986, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa, and his J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1991. Mr. Krause is licensed to practice in Texas and Oklahoma. Mr. Krause is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern District of Texas, and the Northern District of Oklahoma.
John Locke Adair is a commercial litigator licensed to practice law in both Texas and Arkansas. Adair's strategy and presence in the courtroom are invaluable to his clients. He received his B.A. from Harding University and a J.D. from Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law where he graduated summa cum laude. After graduating law school, Adair became a federal law clerk for the Eastern District of California. While clerking, Adair also served as an adjunct professor at Simpson University. Adair now represents a wide variety of businesses in cases involving, inter alia, fraud, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty. Adair's hard work, persuasive writing abilities, and courtroom presence serve his clients well. Adair resides in Dallas with his wife and two sons.
Joy H. Phillips practices in the areas of commercial transactions including documentation of commercial loans for lenders, real estate loan documentation, and the documentation of real estate transactions. She also practices in the areas of real estate law, business law, probate, and estate planning. Ms. Phillips received her certification as an Attorney-Mediator from the American Academy of Attorneys-Mediators, Inc.
She received a B.S., with honors, in 1979 from Temple University and a J.D. in 1982 from Temple University School of Law. Ms. Phillips has been admitted to practice in Texas and Florida since 1982. She is also licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Kyle A. Coker represents both publicly traded and private businesses and individuals in a wide array of commercial litigation, M&A, and general corporate & securities matters in both state and federal courts across the country. Kyle is known to his clients as a problem-solver, stemming from a prior-to-law background in acquiring and growing businesses of his own, private equity, as well as in institutional fund research & management.
Kyle has represented clients with businesses in the bio-tech, oil & gas, cloud services, manufacturing, commercial & residential real estate, construction, franchise development, convenience & grocery store, vape & CBD, metaverse, healthcare, and cosmetics industries. Beyond his representation in transactional matters, traditional litigation, and general advisory roles, Kyle has represented clients in strategic planning relating to or in litigation before the US Food and Drug Administration, the Securities & Exchange Commission, the US Department of Agriculture, the Texas Department of Agriculture, and various other state and federal agencies.
He received his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in February of 2019. At Baylor, he founded the Texas Administrative Law Society, which focuses on bridging the gap between businesses and state & federal agencies. Prior to Baylor, Kyle received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Mr. Coker is an active member of the Carry the Load foundation, raising money for veteran mental health programs. Mr. Coker began his education at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he walked-on to play outside linebacker. Due to several injuries, Mr. Coker elected to pursue another career, but he remains a zealous advocate for those who made the choice to serve our nation.
Mr. Coker is also an active member of the Dallas Bar Association, and Dallas Young Lawyers Association.

Lawrence J. Friedman practices in the areas of commercial litigation, including shareholder suits, partnership disputes, intellectual property controversies, real estate, and contract disputes. He also practices in the areas of real estate and corporate law. Mr. Friedman is also a trained mediator and regularly mediates cases in the state and federal courts.
Mr. Friedman received a B.A., with honors, from Queens College of the City University of New York in 1973 and a J.D., with honors, from the University of Minnesota in 1977. He has been licensed to practice in Texas since 1979, as well as in Minnesota and Florida, each since 1978, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth, Eighth, Tenth and Eleventh Circuits, the United States Tax Court, and the United States District Courts for the District of Minnesota and the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas.
Mr. Friedman is a member of the Texas Bar and The Dallas Bar Association, and sits on various committees of the Dallas Bar Association. He is also a Fellow of the Dallas Bar Foundation. Mr Friedman also remains a member of the Florida Bar and the Minnesota Bar.
Mr. Friedman is active in the Dallas community and has served on the Board of Directors of First Western National Bank, Signature Place Bank, T.A.C.A., Inc., The National Craniofacial Foundation for Children's Deformities, the Dallas and National Boards of the American Friends of The Hebrew University, and The Signature Athletic Club. He has been a member of the Greater Dallas Crime Commission, Co-chairman of the Crime Victims Committee, author of the Crime Victims Handbook, Vice-Chairman of the Mayors Adopt-A-Block Commission, and a member of the Mayors Advisory Committee on Crime.
Melissa Russ Kingston practices in the areas of commercial litigation, professional defense, labor and employment, probate and guardianship, real estate, land use, and construction. She received her B.A. with Honors in History from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1996, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors. She received her J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in 1999.
Mrs. Kingston served as in-house counsel for Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway Company until 2002, concentrating on labor and employment law. Mrs. Kingston is also an active member of the Dallas community, having served as a volunteer for the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program, as various Chair, Vice-Chair and membership positions with the Dallas Bar Association and as a community liaison and outside general counsel for non-profit groups and community advocacy groups. Mrs. Kingston is currently serving as the District 14 Commissioner on the City of Dallas Plan Commission. Mrs. Kingston is also a Lifetime Fellow of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and a Fellow of the Dallas Bar Association.

Michael D. Donohue practices in the areas of commercial litigation, business litigation, oil and gas law, intellectual property, family law, probate, real estate, construction and personal injury law. He received his B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1979 in Petroleum and Land Management. After obtaining his undergraduate degree, Mr. Donohue was a professional landman for Sun Oil Company. He later earned his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1987. Mr. Donohue has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1987. He is admitted to practice in state courts, and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Richard Wellington Winn is a 6th generation Dallasite who graduated from St. Mark's School of Texas. He obtained a B.A. from Southern Methodist University majoring in History and was a Member of Phi Delta Theta. Mr. Winn received his J.D. from Texas Tech University as a Delta Theta Phi affiliate. Mr. Winn has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1985 and is further admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas including the bankruptcy court in that District as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He was also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Mr. Winn's experience involves a broad range of business litigation and transactional work along with specialized areas including Business Civil Torts, Employment Law, Landlord and Tenant Disputes, Title Insurance, and Trademark Infringement. Mr. Winn is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the Texas Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is affiliated with the Dervish Club and the Calyx Club. His languages are English and Spanish.
Robert E. Feiger practices in the areas of corporate tax planning, personal estate tax and asset protection planning, and probate and estate administration. He received a B.S.B.A. with final honors from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, where he became a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and Omicron Delta Kappa, and his J.D. and L.L.M. in Taxation from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
While at Southern Methodist University, Mr. Feiger was on the staff of the Southwestern Law Journal. He served as Staff Attorney for the United States Securities & Exchange Commission in the Division of Enforcement in Washington, D.C., and as an Assistant General Counsel for Betz Laboratories, Inc., a publicly-held company, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Feiger holds the designation of Accredited Estate Planner by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils. He is currently a member of the Dallas Estate Planning Council and formerly served as a member to the Advisory Council of The Dallas Foundation. He is admitted to the State Bar of Texas, and is also a member of the Tax Section of the State Bar of Texas.
