Dr. A.K. Yadav is the Member of Scientific Advisory Board of FARMER. He is theformer Director of National Center of Organic Farming (NCOF), Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of India. He is an energetic old timer and great contributor of promoting science knowledge of organic farming in India.

Dr. Shyam Singh is the President of Foundation for Agricultural resources Management and Environmental Remediation (FARMER). He is a Senior Scientist (Retd.) from ICAR Institute. He has four decades of experience in dairy farming, animal husbandry and green forage crops production and farm management.
With more than 20 years of experience in food security, agri-business, commodity analysis and food distribution, Dr Subrata Dutta has successfully managed implementation of largest food distribution program for 80 million populations in 11 states, distribution of hot-cooked meals for 1.2 million children in 5 states and breakfast fortified-milk for few million children in 7 states of India. He was the India Representative of Food Fortification Initiative, a global initiative of UN & international development agencies established under CDC, USA; Country Coordinator of Nutrition International, Canada; Managing Director of ESF-India and has worked in senior positions with Tata-Trusts, Unicef Project and other international development agencies.
He was actively involved with Government of India for setting up national food fortification policy and standards and with State Governments he managed several public-private partnership programs involving more than 500 food processing industries. Under multilateral public-private partnership programs, he and his team closely monitored the quality production of processing industries and distribution of fortified foods through few lakhs of network ration-shops in India. As part of global management team, he continued his advocacy support to various countries in Asia for establishing similar models of fortified food distribution. He is the author of several books, co-author of few international research papers including "Fortification Impact on Asian Wheat Products" and has contributed hundreds of articles and features in leading national dailies and weeklies. He had substantially contributed to the periodic report: The right to Adequate Food in India submitted to the 40th session of UN-ECOSOC.

Dr. Uma Rao is the Member of Scientific Advisory Board of FARMER. She headsthe Division of Nematology, Indian Agriculture Research Institute ( IARI). She is the coordinator of AICRP on Nematodes in Agriculture.

Dr. V Kumar is the member of Scientific Advisory Board of FARMER. He is the former Director of Indian Farmers Fertilizer Cooperative Limited (IFFCO). He has great experience of marketing and supply of agri-inputs through distribution network.
Mr. Jagpal Singh is the Founder & Secretary of FARMER. He is a retired Assistant Director, Directorate of Plant Protection, Quarantine & Storage, Ministry of Agriculture , Govt. of India.
He has more than 4 decades of experience in plan formulation, coordination, monitoring and implementation of agriculture developmental programmes.
He has implemented several agriculture research projects of Govt. of India such as bio fertilizers & bio-pesticides, management of white grub, in vitro and in vivo mass production of Entomopathogenic Nematodes (EPN), Soil Arthropod Pests, establishment of Biotech-KISAN Hub for upper Gangetic Plains Agro Climatic Zone and many such others.
Mr. Nahata is an India-based IT consultant with extensive experience of scenario-based strategic thinking. A strategic analyst, process facilitator and presenter, with a background in software and web development and visual presentations. In addition to my strategy work, He has made contributions on issues involving technology and quality.
Starts His career from IPCS India Pvt. Ltd. As software designer & then at Technosoft Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. as IT technician & support. After getting three years of experience in development, marketing, teaching and management I started my own IT company. I have worked with major companies, government agencies, and non-profit organizations in India. This work has spanned a wide range of industries, private agencies and firms, government agencies and institutions, including Kendriya Vidyalaya, food stores, certification agencies, auditor firms, law firms, advertisement and marketing agencies, telecommunication, aviation, financial institutions, immigration agencies, jewellers, exporters, distributers, warehouse and event management groups. In addition, He frequently give presentations on future-related topics.
He worked as a contractual IT consultant at the Quality Council of India (QCI), where I supports in strategic planning of QCI related to software or website services.
He is head of Agri-Tech Solutions at Foundation for Agricultural Resources Management and Environmental Remediation (FARMER) and implement the tools and techniques in growth of Farming Industry and technology enhancement of farmers.
In last five years he has worked with MSME cluster of Jewellery Manufacturing where I worked on transformation of traditional industry into technology enabled industry.
He has trained fresh engineers for the development and management in online and desktop solutions and also worked as visiting faculty in stream of COM/DCOM and computer graphics in Indra Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) and worked as visiting invigilator in many examinations held by UGC.
Rajesh Kumar was instrumental in the business transformation strategy of agribusiness-multinational, UPL, recognized as top 5 agro-chemical company in the world, which excelled to approx. USD 5 billion today from merely approx. USD 40 million Indian company. Rajesh, as President, also successfully developed the global business of Cequisa Group in Spain. He made alliances & partnership strategy with NGOs, World Economic Forum, WFP, US programme- Feed the Future, USAID, European Crop Protection Association, Russian Crop Protection Association etc.
Rajesh is an accomplished mentor and leader for building successful global businesses, set up management of companies, independent profit centers, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring of joint ventures etc. He is an expert in mitigating global business risks, country defaults and financial catastrophes in Russia & CIS, Europe. He managed life science businesses in agriculture, food & beverage industry especially in plant protection, biopesticides, special fertilisers & nutrition, adjuvants & surfactants, seeds, veterinary animal health nutrition, public health, regenerative sustainable organic agriculture, digital agriculture, carbon farming & environment protection spread across diverse geographies of Europe, Africa, Middle East, CIS, Russia (Ex USSR), Spain, India, Latin America, etc.
Rajesh is a Harvard Alumnus with Advanced Management Programme from Harvard Business School, MBA from Mumbai University and B.Sc. with honours in Agriculture and animal husbandry from Pantnagar University in cooperation with University of Illinois, USA.
With more than 20 years of experience in agri-tech solutions, food processing, agri-business and agri commodity procurement, Satish Mann has successfully managed large quantity of procurement assignments of mustard and soybean as well as their timely processing and distribution. During the harvest season, he managed more than 20000 tonnes procurement of soybean and mustard. He has gained vast experience of handing procurement of agri-commodity and conversant with the procurement processes, systems and regulations. He can quickly setup procurement team who are capable of procuring from the mandies and cluster of villages in any geographical locations in Northern-India where he has established vast network and socially connected with farmers and farming organisations at the grass-root level.
He spearheaded the procurement team of Varuna Agro Proteins Ltd which owned solvent extraction plant that required huge quantity of soybean and other oil-seeds. In Unimet Profile Pvt. Ltd, a sister concern of Unitech, he was the consultant for post-harvest technologies such as cold storage, warehouse and telecom tower development for new projects. He was the founder of Ashrok Prefab Pvt. Ltd. for manufacturing of prefab building for affordable housing in hilly and earth quake prone areas. He founded Convexicon Software Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. for providing GPRS and GPS services for vehicle tracking systems and software development.
