The vision of Fasy Real Estate began in Philadelphia in May, 1914, when Harry J. Fasy first opened its doors at 18th Street & Thompson Avenue. After a period of time, Harry relocated to 1712 Gerard Avenue, a magnificent, three story, white marble row home, built by Thomas Reilly, who specialized in building churches...
In 1930, Harry's brother, Joseph F.X. Fasy, joined the business. Once Joseph passed away, his sons - Jack and Bob - managed the office on Girard Avenue. Eventually, Jack relocated to the corner of 3rd Street & Godfrey Avenue in the Onley section of Philadelphia and Bob to Media, Pennsylvania.
