Aya Salem - Chief Legal Officer

Aya leads legal strategies for FFF Enterprises and its subsidiaries while working hand in hand with management to provide legal advice, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations. Before joining FFF in March 2022, Aya gained substantial experience advising global pharmaceutical, product, and chemical companies, both in private practice and in-house, on risk management and legal and commercial strategies, including, most recently, at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc. Before Sun, Aya spent nearly a decade at a litigation firm in Philadelphia, PA advising clients on risk management and identifying steps to avoid litigation in high legal exposure industries. She has also represented Fortune 500 companies and governmental entities in complex commercial, regulatory, employment, and products liability disputes, as well as internal investigations, and federal and state grand jury investigations. Aya holds academic degrees from Louisiana State University and Rutgers Law School, where she was a recipient of the Dean's Academic Promise Scholarship and served as the Executive Editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law & Public Policy. Aya lives in New Jersey with her husband and two children, and in her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family and the outdoors.

Billy Norwood

As chief information security officer (CISO), Billy Norwood leads the cybersecurity strategy effort for FFF Enterprises and its subsidiaries while being a key contributor to risk management and privacy and data protection programs. With over 20 years in Information Technology and Security in various industries, Billy is a proven technical executive who brings sound knowledge and experience to ensure our global services have robust controls and any risks are managed appropriately. Before joining FFF in November of 2020, Billy worked in an advisory role acting as a fractional CISO, developing cybersecurity and privacy programs for SaaS companies serving the Fortune 500 and Global Fortune 1000. He has also served on technical advisory boards as well as contracted for specialized security projects for companies such as Intuit, Sempra Energy, Panasonic Avionics, Trustwave, First Republic Bank, and Chipotle. Billy holds a Bachelor of Science from Park University in Management Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Denver. Billy and his wife Sarah live in San Diego County near the beach and enjoy spending time in the sun and surf that Southern California has to offer.

Chris Ground - Chief Commercial Officer

Chris Ground, FFF Enterprises' Chief Commercial Officer, began his career in the medical industry in 1982 as a sales representative for Bristol Laboratories. In 1986, Chris joined Cutter Biological as a Sales Representative, and continued with the company when it became Bayer Biologicals. Chris helped launch Bayer's Gamimune N, intravenous immune globulin; Prolastin, alpha protease inhibitor; and Kogenate, recombinant DNA Factor VIII concentrate. In the course of his 12 years with Bayer Biologicals, Chris held several positions, including Field Sales Representative, Field Sales Trainer, Training Manager and Biological Division Business Manager. Chris joined FFF Enterprises in 1998 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and served as Senior Vice President of National Accounts from 2002 through 2010, during which time he managed FFF Enterprises' major corporate business partnerships, including group purchasing organizations and manufacturers, as well as guiding FFF's internal sales operations. During the first decade of this twenty-first century, Chris helped expand FFF's distribution of biopharmaceuticals from $178 million in annual revenue to more than one billion dollars, making FFF the leading distributor of Albumin, IVIG and Flu Vaccine in the country. In his current role as Chief Commercial Officer, Chris oversees the various business units and innovative programs for the company. Chris has a passion for patient safety that has helped define the character of FFF and its unyielding commitment to channel integrity. Chris received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1980 with an emphasis in Marketing. In 1998, Chris received an MBA from the Peter Drucker Graduate School of Business at Claremont Graduate University.

Jon Hahn - CIO

Jon Hahn comes to FFF with 30 years of varied Information Systems and Strategic Technology experience. Jon has been the senior most leader and solely responsible for all aspects of Information Systems and Technology for the past 12+ years. Jon recently served as Vice President and CIO for Semtech Corporation, a publicly traded fabless semiconductor business with global operations. At Semtech, Jon successfully executed the technology transformation roadmap that enabled the company to scale and double its revenue in 4 years. Prior to Semtech, Jon served as the Vice President and CIO for Telmar Network Technology, Inc., a privately held global telecommunications repair and spare parts management service provider to many of the world's largest carriers - including AT&T, Verizon and Telefonica in Europe. Throughout his career Jon demonstrated that he is skilled in building high-performance IS organizations in support of company's business goals and mission. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Irvine in Computer Science, and a Master of Science degree from UCLA. Jon, and his wife Jennifer live in Orange County and have two children.

Leslie J. Vaughan

Leslie Vaughan leads the Nufactor, Inc. division with a wealth of financial, operational, reimbursement, and clinical management experience. Leslie's business background includes corporate and field level operational management, P&L management, budget development, business development, clinical program development, and policy and procedure development and maintenance. Leslie has a proven record of business growth and capturing cost reduction through effective sales management, process design and performance management. Prior to joining FFF Enterprises in 2012, Leslie served as Senior Vice President, Chronic Therapy Division at Crescent Healthcare in Anaheim, Calif., where she was responsible for specialty pharmacy business. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science and a Pharmacy degree from the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, N.M., and is licensed as a pharmacist in 31 states. Leslie lives in Southern California.

Melissa Lore - Chief Compliance Officer

As the Chief Compliance Officer at FFF Enterprises Inc. (FFF), Melissa Lore manages all compliance, ethics, and privacy activities across FFF and its subsidiaries. She is responsible for establishing standards and implementing procedures to ensure the Company's compliance programs are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, and correcting noncompliance with applicable laws and regulations and that behavior in the organization meets the Company's Standards of Conduct. Melissa also supports the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Leadership Team by monitoring and reporting results of the Company's compliance and ethics efforts and provides guidance on risk identification and management as well as other compliance matters. With over 20 years of legal and compliance experience, including over a decade in the pharmaceutical industry, Melissa is a collaborative and authentic leader who uses a creative, solution-oriented approach to provide practical solutions that move the business forward while mitigating risk for the Company. After 10 years in private practice at large law firms in Chicago and Philadelphia, Melissa joined Merck in 2010 in its regulatory legal department. During her tenure, she progressed through a series of legal and compliance roles with increasing responsibility, including moving to Singapore as the Director of Legal and Compliance for Merck's Asia South region. When Merck spun off some of its business lines into a new publicly traded, $6.5 billion global healthcare company focused on improving women's health, Melissa was offered the opportunity to lead the compliance function at the new company, Organon. After setting up the compliance program at Organon, she moved on to her next challenge-the distribution side of the pharmaceutical business, by leading compliance at FFF. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Quincy University and her Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law. She currently lives outside Philadelphia with her husband, J.C., their five children, and their new puppy, and she enjoys traveling, the outdoors, and reading in her free time.

Patrick M. Schmidt - CEO, Founder

Patrick M. Schmidt is the Founder and CEO of FFF Enterprises, Inc., which he founded in 1988. He is recognized as a leader in the healthcare community, having introduced several industry firsts that have paved the way to create solutions to challenges faced by both healthcare providers and their patients. Patrick established FFF with a mission: To make the biopharmaceutical supply chain more secure, and ultimately, to achieve the goal of Helping Healthcare Care®. Shay Reid - COO

Shay Reid is chief operating officer for FFF Enterprises, Inc. (FFF) As COO, he leads the operations and supply chain teams with a focus on improving efficiencies in FFF's product distribution processes. In addition, he is a key contributor to the product development efforts related to the company's forward-deployed inventory solutions. Prior to joining FFF, Reid achieved success and became an expert in envisioning and executing business solutions for a variety of industries, held leadership roles for multiple system implementations, and led the design and build of more than 42 distribution centers nationwide, including three highly-automated manufacturing centers and three automated pharmacies. He brings more than 28 years of professional experience as an executive leader to companies in the pharmaceutical industry. His experience in consulting, manufacturing, engineering, and distribution provides a broad range of solutions for different supply chain challenges. His deep-rooted passion and drive for continuous improvement enables him to tackle these challenges with the mindset of "Accomplish greatness today that enables us to better serve tomorrow." Reid held an appointment to the U.S. Department of Commerce's Advisory Committee on Supply Chain Competitiveness and served as a board member of the Prescription Drug Security Alliance that influenced the enactment of the 2013 Drug Supply Chain Security Act. He holds a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Mississippi State University and an MBA in healthcare management from Western Governors University.
