Alan Francis

Alan started with Farnham in 2018 as an OTP Clinician and moved to his current position in 2020. He has a bachelor's degree in Education from SUNY Cortland, master's degree in Business Management and a master's degree in School Counseling from SUNY Oswego. He is a Master Level CASAC and is an instructor in the Farnham Training Institute. He has over twenty-years working for local not-for-profit agencies providing services for children, adults, and families.

Brian Pulvino

Candy Herbert

Job Titles:

Candy earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Atlantic Union College, a master's degree in Human Services from Capella University, and a Master's degree in Social Work from Syracuse University. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker and a Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor II as well as a Certified Recovery Peer Advocate-Provisional. Candy served as the Recovery Services Coordinator at Farnham Family Services from Dec. 2018-Dec 2019. She has over 27 years' experience working in the mental health and addiction field, 12 of those years as an administrator and director. She worked with youth and their families in the Home and Community Based Services Waiver program, children and youth community residence, as well as with Adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use diagnosis. Candy believes that all people deserve compassion, respect and support throughout their recovery journey.

Christine Williams

Christine recently joined the Farnham Inc. team as the Operations Coordinator. She brings with her several years of experience working with agencies that provide services for children, adults, and families. Prior to joining Farnham she performed oversight of three outpatient mental health clinics, has provided support and educational services to children with special needs in a preschool setting and has provided care management services to families at risk of losing their children to foster care or aided those in regaining custody of their children. As a mentor, she also coordinated a youth mentoring program for children with a mental health diagnosis. Christine has a passion for helping people in need and strives to see them succeed. She has certifications in Safe Talk, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Bridges Out of Poverty, Mental Health 1st Aid, and Supporting Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Christine believes everyday holds the possibility of a miracle!

Christopher Baszto

Chris earned his Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Biochemistry from Queen's University, Canada, has had education in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University, Seattle, before continuing his education at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Southern California earning his Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, emphasizing in Depth Psychology. He has worked for Farnham Family Services as an outpatient clinician since 2011, had previously served as Senior Clinician earning his Master Level CASAC and continues to happily serve Farnham as its Outpatient Program Director.

Deborah Daby

Deb has over 25 years' experience in grant writing, data collection and oversight of grant-funded programming. She has 8 years' experience responsible for collecting and analyzing data regarding community needs to support programs and grant application development and outcomes with prevention, intervention, and care management programming. Deb has 20 years' experience creating and supporting systems to ensure timely submission of grant applications, program outcomes and fiscal reports.

Eric Bresee

Eric joined the board of directors for Farnham Family Services and served for two years before taking over as Executive Director in 2016. He achieved his BA in Psychology as well as an MS in Counseling and Psychological Services from SUNY Oswego before going on to obtain licensure in Mental Health Counseling. He previously worked at Oswego County Opportunities for 15 years finishing his tenure there as Program Director, overseeing many of OCO's program including Homeless Services, Services to Aid Families, Medicaid Service Coordination, the PATH, OPTIONS and Health Education. Eric obtained a credential as a Certified Community Action Professional while employed at OCO and was recognized for many achievements including Outstanding Employee, Outstanding Leader and the Amelia Whelahan Leadership Award. He was also recognized as one of Oswego County's top 40 under 40 young professionals and was awarded the Leadership Oswego County Community Leadership award in 2016. Eric is an independent contractor for Integrative Counseling Services providing mental health counseling. He serves as Treasurer for the NYS Alcohol and Substance Abuse Providers, Past President of the CNY Alcohol and Drug Association, Chair for the Rural Health Network of Oswego County Executive Committee, Vice President for Integrated Community Planning of Oswego County, Chair of the Oswego County Community Foundation Leadership Council and serves as a board member for the Child Advocacy Center of Oswego County and the Desens House.

She joined the Farnham Family Services team in 2017 and currently holds the position of Quality Assurance Professional Coordinator in the Quality Management Department. Within this role, Kristie oversees quality assurance, medical records, data analytics and compliance activities directly related to the general business and operation of the agency. Before assuming the leadership roles at Farnham, she worked in the non-profit sector for several years.

Mario Magsino

Dr. Magsino received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1986 with a major in Chemistry from the University of the Philippines. He completed his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1990 from the Far Eastern University in Manila and completed various requisite stages of the United States Medical Licensing Examinations in 1992 and 1996. The American Board of Internal Medicine awarded him Diplomate status in 1998. He has worked as a Primary Care Physician and Internist in the Philippines since 1993. Between 1994 and 1997, Dr. Magsino completed his Residency training in Internal Medicine at Mercy Hospital (an affiliate of the State University of New York at Buffalo). He has been working as an Internist here in Oswego from 2001 until the present time. He was the Primary Care Physician at Oswego Health Center from 2002 to 2005, he was the College Physician at SUNY Oswego from 2005 to 2009, and the Primary Care Physician at the VA Outpatient Clinic in Oswego, NY from 2010 until January 2021. He received the P.R.I.D.E.(Program to Recognize and Identify Deserving Employees) Award from CRAssociates,Inc. (operates Community Based Outpatient Clinics for the Department of Veterans Affairs) on February 17,2017.He also received the Rural Health Champion Award (given by the Rural Health Network of Oswego County) in Dec. 2017 for his dedication in improving services in Oswego County. On February 1,2021, he became the Medical Director of both the Outpatient Clinic and Opioid Treatment Program. Dr. Magsino has been with the agency since 2001.

Mark Raymond

Mark started with Farnham Family Services in 2017. He has twenty plus years working in addiction services, mostly specializing in treating Opioid Substance Use Disorder in an OTP setting. He has a Master's Degree in Counseling and Human Services from Oswego State University, a CASAC, and is on the Board of Directors as a Secretary for COMPA (N.Y. State Coalition of Medication Assisted Treatment Providers and Advocates).

Patricia Blackwell - CFO

Patricia earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Accounting from Oswego State University College at Oswego. She also holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova. She has overseen the finance and billing departments for Farnham as the Finance Director since 1994. Patricia has also been instrumental in the development of Farnham's IT, Facilities and HR departments.

Robert Wynn

Coming from Texas, Rob joined the Farnham Family in early 2022 as the Technology Manager. He earned two associates in Computer Networking and Cyber Security from Texas State Technical College and a bachelor's in Technology Management from Texas A&M. Before moving to Oswego, he served five years in the United States Air Force and spent nine years supporting small businesses as a Technical Analyst. He grew up working on computers, developing IT skills from a young age and began gaining management experience by training and leading teams in the military.

Sandra Waldron ABD

Sandra earned an Associates in Humanities at Onondaga Community College, a bachelor's in human development at Oswego State University and a master's degree in Social Work from Syracuse University. She also completed all but her dissertation (ABD) at Walden University in Human Service Administration. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker, a Master Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Currently, Sandra is the Senior Director of Services and Corporate Compliance Officer for Farnham. In this role, Sandra oversees the Quality Management Department, clinic, prevention, and recovery services as well as the Prevention Coalition. Prior to this promotional role, Sandra served as the Prevention Services Director and Operations Director. Sandra developed the Farnham Family Services Training Institute to enhance and expand the continuing education opportunities in Oswego County for CASAC's and Certified Recovery Peer Advocates (CRPA). Before assuming the leadership roles at Farnham, she worked in the human service field for over twenty years holding executive level leadership positions and providing mental health and substance abuse services and directorships in programs serving children, adults and families. Further, Sandra taught Psychology Courses as an adjunct professor in several local universities.

Tyler Ahart

Tyler is a native of Oswego County and earned his bachelor's degree from Oswego State University where he was the recipient of the Dean's Writing Award and received a degree in Interpersonal Communication & Social Interaction. Before joining the Farnham team in 2018, he worked as Community Specialist for the Tobacco Free Network of CNY where he worked with local property owners to establish smoke-free housing for renters. He now serves as Project Coordinator for the Oswego County Prevention Coalition where he has since worked with City of Oswego officials to enact a Social Host Ordinance, establish Oswego County drug-disposal drop boxes and performs crucial data collection on youth substance abuse and trends. Tyler continues to work alongside community stakeholders to eliminate adolescent substance in Oswego County.
