Billy Kang

Billy Kang is a member of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA), fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom, and member of KICPAA. Billy holds master degree in Management from the Asian Institute of Management. Billy serves on the MIA as council member and member of the ACCA Malaysia Advisory Committee. He also acts as chairperson at the Public Practice Committee, Audit Practice Sub-Committee and Investigation Committee at the MIA. Billy is the partner of a national accounting firm based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He has over 22 years in public practice, specializing in external and internal audit engagements. Billy also involves in consulting, financial and tax planning, business expansion and acquisition advisory services. Prior to having his own practice, Billy had working experience with Arthur Anderson, the Big 4 accounting firm in Malaysia. He later moved on to serve as internal auditors of a medium-sized Malaysian bank. Billy speaks regularly in public forum on issues relating to small and medium-sized practice, notably, on auditing standards and practice, and quality control management.

Chetta Chung

Chetta Chung is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand and Australia. He is a practicing accountant in Australia. Chetta has over 14 years of experience in the accounting profession - from an accountant to a financial controller with a range of companies in a diversified industry. His experience comes from his involvement in work with external and internal auditors over the course of his career, which enables him to anticipate the need of audit from a client perspective. Chetta was previously the financial controller of CMA Corporation Limited, accounting manager of Sims Group Australia Limited and finance manager of Tempo Services Limited. He has broad experience in accounting and finance, cashflow management, performance reporting, system and taxation. He also has managed the centralisation of the accounting and reporting and transactional functions and the development and standardisation of the finance department process and procedures.

Rany Chung

Rany Chung is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, CPA Australia and the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA). She is an appointed member of the National Accounting Council of Cambodia. Rany has over 12 years of working experience with KPMG, in Cambodia and New Zealand, in areas of assurance, taxation, business advisory and corporate recovery. During then, she had serviced international and national clients from diverse industries, including banking and finance, education, telecommunication, tourism, oil and gas, manufacturing, transportation, media, construction and non-governmental organisations. Rany was the country manager of KPMG Cambodia from 1995 to 2002 before setting up FIDES. Through her years of work in Cambodia, Rany has built respectable working relationship with the National Bank of Cambodia, the tax authorities and other ministries.
