Farrow Jamieson was founded in Auckland in 1985 by Tony Farrow and Charlie Jamieson, who saw a need for dedicated executive search in Aotearoa New Zealand, and a values driven approach. They decided to use the owl as their logo (inspired by a trip to Athens) representing wisdom. This has since been expanded to include the four WISE values outlined below.
