ANTHONY YOUNGERS is an associate REALTOR at Farm and Home Realty, LLC. He grew up south of Garden Plain and currently lives in the same area with his wife, Ashton, and son, Bowen. Anthony graduated from Kansas State University in 2012 with a degree in agricultural science. He enjoys all things outdoors - hunting, fishing, farming and working cattle. Anthony has a small herd of commercial cattle and is working to grow the herd each year. In 2021, Anthony was recognized by the Realtors of South Central Kansas for winning the Master's Circle award, representing over $5 million in gross sales. Anthony specializes in the sale of land, rural homes with improvements and commercial properties.
GINA NUTILE is an associate REALTOR with Farm & Home Realty LLC. Gina grew up in Wichita but currently lives in Cheney with her husband Clint and their French Bulldog, Mogwai. Gina comes to the brokerage from the field of Property Management and has an extensive background in sales and customer service. She worked as an onsite Property Manager for conventional -multi-family, and tax credit properties. More recently, Gina served as a Regional Manager overseeing several assets for owners in Oklahoma and Missouri. Currently, Gina helps with her husband's farm and agricultural tech company in Cheney; growing broad acre crops, vegetables, robots, and raising sheep. She enjoys spending time with her two sons, traveling to tropical locations, and ballroom dancing. Gina is looking forward to assisting buyers and sellers with their residential home needs!.
JAMI VINER is an associate REALTOR, as well as the office manager for Farm and Home Realty, LLC and Hillman Auction Service. Jami lives in Cheney with her husband, Trent, daughters, Madison and Corie, and labrabor, Annie. She grew up in the Lawrence area and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas. She then moved to Wichita to attend Wichita State University where she received a Master of Public Administration degree. Jami's ultimate passion is art and painting but she also enjoys baking, photography, DIY projects and fishing! She has served as a member of Cheney's Planning Commission and is currently a Chamber of Commerce board member. In 2021, Jami was recognized by the Realtors of South Central Kansas for winning the President's Club award, representing over $2.5 million in gross sales. Jami is looking forward to assisting you with your real estate needs whether it be buying or selling!

John has over 30 years of experience in the real estate sales and auction business. He specializes in land sales throughout southcentral Kansas. He believes that no tract of land is too small or too large, and that no real estate or personal property auction is too large or too small to get his personal and complete attention.
