FAWN LAKE FOREST

The Fawn Lake Forest community was founded in 1969 by the American Central Corporation who set up rules governing the land (Restrictive Covenants) for a period of 90 years. A Fawn Lake Forest steering committee and subcommittees were organized in Spring 1972 and worked toward the formation of a property owners association. The Fawn Lake Forest Association is a not-for-profit residential - recreational community governed by Restrictive Covenants and By-Laws. The Board of Directors consists of thirteen Directors as per our By-Laws (Article III Section 1) and in compliance with Article V Section I.
