Alex Ogburn, MBA, FACHE, is Vice President of Saint Francis Medical Partners and Saint Francis Health Plans. He is responsible for Saint Francis Healthcare System's Clinically Integrated Network, Accountable Care Organization, direct-to-employer contracting and administrative aspects of the Medical Administrative Officers and Saint Francis Medical Partners. He works in close partnership with the President of Saint Francis Medical Partners and Saint Francis Health Plans, Andrew Godbey, MD, MSPH.
Ogburn joined Saint Francis in 2004 as a Referral Services Manager and later served as Director of Occupational Medicine and Ambulatory Services and Vice President - Ambulatory Services. In addition to his ambulatory responsibilities, he has enjoyed oversight of a number of hospital ancillary departments and cardiovascular services. His work with physician recruitment and group integrations has helped grow Medical Partners and expand its network reach to more than 360 providers and nearly one million encounters annually.
Previously, Ogburn was a Vice President of Recruiting with Merritt Hawkins & Associates in Irving, Texas. He earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Texas A&M University in College Station and Master of Business Administration with healthcare emphasis from William Woods University in Fulton, Missouri.
His community involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Gibson Recovery Center and Tailor Institute, active committee leadership at his church, Lynwood Baptist, and serving on the Advisory Committee for the Southeast Missouri State University Autism Center for Diagnosis and Treatment.

Andrew Godbey, MD, MSPH, serves as President of Saint Francis Medical Partners, the employed provider group, and President of Saint Francis Health Plans, the for-profit direct-to-employer insurance product. In these roles, he works with a wide range of staff and physicians on clinical initiatives to improve Saint Francis's efficiencies in safety, quality, cost and access. As a practicing neurologist, he divides his time between his medical practice and administrative responsibilities.
Godbey received his medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine in 2005. In 2006, he completed an internal medicine internship at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, followed by a neurology residency in 2009 and a neuromuscular fellowship in 2010 at Washington University. He is board certified in neurology and neuromuscular medicine by the American Board of Psychiatry/Neurology.
Godbey joined Saint Francis in 2010 as a neurologist at Cape Neurology Specialists, a Saint Francis Medical Partner. Specializing in neuromuscular disorders, he treats a wide range of neurologic injuries and illnesses of the brain, spine and nerves alongside the expert providers at the Saint Francis Neurosciences Institute.
Through his years at Saint Francis, Godbey has held a variety of physician leadership roles, including President of the Medical Staff, Chair of the Medical Partners Board and Medical Administrative Officer (MAO).

Gerry Salter, MBA, PT, joined Saint Francis Healthcare System in 1995, and currently serves as Vice President of Specialty Practices. He provides administrative leadership for a myriad of specialty practices and services, including Cape Cardiology Group, Cape Diabetes and Endocrinology, Cape ENT Group, Cape Gastroenterology Specialists, Cape Pain Management, Cape Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine, Cape Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery, Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab, Center for Digestive Diseases, Fitness and Wellness, Inpatient and Outpatient Rehabilitation Services, Neurophysiology, Neuropsychology, Pain Center, Pastoral Care, Public Safety, Specialty Clinic, Supply Chain, Vein and Laser Center and Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Center.
Throughout his time at Saint Francis, Salter has served as the Service Line Director for Orthopedics and Vice President of Professional Services. He was instrumental in the creation of a $44 million medically-integrated fitness center and a $127 million hospital expansion at Saint Francis Medical Center, and also helped implement the opening of a multi-specialty physician clinic.
Salter, who served in the U.S. Marine Corps, is a former certified athletic trainer and certified strength and conditioning specialist.
He serves on the Board for the Catholic Social Ministries Food Pantry, a joint effort between Cathedral of St. Mary of the Annunciation Parish and Old St. Vincent's Chapel of Ease in Cape Girardeau.
Salter earned a Bachelor of Science in physical therapy from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell in Lowell, Massachusetts. He later completed his Master of Business Administration from Regis University in Denver.

Justin Davison, MBA, joined Saint Francis Healthcare System in November 2019 as Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, he serves as interim President.
