Even with the recent movement to digital documentation, printers and paper documents are still a huge part of people's everyday lives. Digital information can never completely replace printed information because certain things still need to be on paper. For example, leaflets, handouts, contracts, and many other things would never entirely work in digital format... The frustrating thing about printing is that there has to be a supply of ink. Printer cartridges are the capsules that supply the printer with the toner powder that is needed to print on paper. It also has a photo-sensitive drum that pairs with the printer to regulate the amount of ink that is placed on the paper. In order for a cartridge to be classified as remanufactured, it has to be sent back to a manufacture after it is empty to be refilled and re-packaged for selling.
