In 1925, Fruit Growers Laboratory got its start by providing analytical services to the local growers of Ventura County, analyzing leaf tissue, soil and irrigation water to help optimize crop quality and yield. To this day, generations later, FGL is well connected to the grower community that gave us our start. In 1973 Fruit Growers Laboratory was incorporated as a standard California corporation and continued to expand services to the agricultural industry, while addressing the growing need for environmental analyses of drinking water, waste water and hazardous waste.
