- Office Manager and Compliance Associate
Collette has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. In 2009, Collette joined Fernwood on a part-time basis as a Compliance Associate. In 2018, she assumed the role of Office Manager along with her compliance duties. Prior to Fernwood, she worked at Pioneer Investments in various jobs including Compliance. Collette earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Providence College.
Fred has over 10 years of experience in investment management and financial services. He is also owner and Managing Partner of Block Mill Capital, LLC ("BMC"), an investment manager of the SaaS Focus Fund LLC, a private fund. Prior to returning to Fernwood, he was the Director of Client Relations at Siharum Advisors and prior to that he was a Junior Portfolio Manager at the Boston Family Office. Fred holds an MBA from Babson College, a Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University, earned his BA degree from Bowdoin College and has his Series 65 license for investment advisement. He also serves as the Vice President of the board of directors for the Max Warburg Courage Curriculum, a non-profit, global literary arts program.

Jeff has over 18 years of experience in senior roles within the financial services industry. Prior to joining Fernwood, he was President and Founder of his own investment advisory firm, Vincent Financial Group. Jeff is responsible for managing client portfolios and providing financial planning services. He is a graduate of Boston College where he earned a Bachelor of Science in 2000 and a Masters of Business Administration in 2011 from the Carroll school of Management. In addition, Jeff holds a graduate certificate in Leadership from Boston College, a certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). Jeff lives in Hanover, MA with his wife and two daughters.

Tom has over 40 years of experience in investment management and financial services. Tom founded Fernwood Investment Management in 2003 and is responsible for portfolio management and the strategic direction of the firm's operations and investments. Before establishing Fernwood, Tom held positions at Bainco International Investors where he was a Partner and Senior Research Analyst for five years. Prior to that, he was at Merrill Lynch for 22 years where he worked with corporations and high net worth individuals on equity strategies, asset allocation, and portfolio analysis. Mr. Reilly holds a Series 65 license for investment advisement and an insurance license. He also served on the Boston College Investment Advisory Council; as a member of the Regis College Board of Trustees, and the Board of Impact Melanoma. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Boston College.
