Shu Shean is the VP - People Team in FIRMUS. She has more than 10 years experience in the entire spectrum of human resources, such as talent attraction, talent development, talent management, people operations, total rewards, diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as employee engagement. In 2016, Shu Shean was awarded as the Silver Awardee for Young HR Talent of the year through HR Excellence Awards by Human Resources Online. Prior to FIRMUS, her career journey was with global MNCs from various industries such as high-tech, general insurance, professional services, and biotechnology. She has been regarded as a trusted people business partner in providing relevant consultation to the stakeholders in driving people strategies to optimise business growth.
Alan is the co-founder and CEO of FIRMUS. With over 25 years' experience in Cyber Security solution and services, Alan holds a fresh perspective on technology and security - envisioning the significance of Information Security as a key driver and enabler. Prior to establishing FIRMUS, he served as the Managing Director and Regional VP of e-Cop Malaysia overseeing the Greater China & HK SAR markets from 2001-2008. As the CEO of FIRMUS, Alan has taken success to the next level. In 2017, Alan has been awarded The Cyber Security Professional of the Year by Cyber Security Malaysia, an agency under the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovations (MOSTI). In 2021, FIRMUS has again been named The Cyber Security Company of the Year by Cyber Security Malaysia and The Top 10 LinkedIn ASEAN Cybersecurity Influencers to well follow into 2022 by Cybersecurity ASEAN.
Eric is the co-founder and COO of FIRMUS. With over 20 years' experience in business and operations focusing on cyber security, Eric has demonstrated success leading teams in achieving desired business outcomes. Prior to FIRMUS, Eric was the Business Director at e-Cop where he has led the teams in accelerating customers acquisition - capturing over 60% market share of the Financial Services Industry where e-Cop was the market leader for Managed Security Services. As the COO of FIRMUS, Eric takes control of its diverse business operations. Combining excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics, he designs and implements business strategies, plans and procedures to drive accelerated and sustainable business growth.
With over 20 years of sales experience, Jason has adeptly navigated various roles, from proactive hunting for new opportunities to nurturing and growing existing client relationships.

Choon Seng is the Vice President of Security Solutions FIRMUS, leading the Technical Consulting Services delivery. He has professional experience in network security operations and cybersecurity solutioning. In addition, he has deep knowledge and experience in transforming, transitioning and solutioning effective delivery, support models for over 200 global clients across various industries in AMS, EMEA and APJ region. Prior to joining FIRMUS, he has served close to 10 years as a global managed security services provider leading a network security team supporting global enterprises and contributed to success in robotic process automation initiatives and solutioning delivery models to provide sustainable support services. Choon Seng has also worked as Information Security Manager in various companies, involved in initiatives in developing security roadmaps, security controls and cyber resilience, and managing security projects in the organisation.
Maj. Maneesh Chandra (retired)
Maneesh is the CTO of FIRMUS. With over 30 years of information security and information management experience in intelligence organisations, military organisations, and commercial organisations in a number of countries such as India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Brunei and Ethiopia, Maneesh leads the Security Consulting practice. He is the architect in the ideation and development of innovative security advisory services that complement and support our clients' business strategies. Maneesh has been instrumental in key national level information security projects such as a national cyber security strategy project linked to the Critical National Information Infrastructure (CNII) for the Malaysian Government, setting up of the Indian and Bruneian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In & BruCERT), creation of the National ICT Security infrastructure for Ethiopia etc.

Ryan always been an enthusiastic and passionate about applying his knowledge to help organizations in solving their security challenges from multiple angles and meet their cybersecurity goals. His deep domain expertise is in the area of Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Test, Red Teaming, Threat Hunting, Industrial Control System (ICS), Internet-of-Things (IoT), etc. To back the foundation of his knowledge, he possesses multiple certifications such as OSCE, OSCP, OSWP, CREST CRT, CREST CPSA, ISA / IEC 62443, GICSP, etc.
