FENTON & ROSS - Key Persons
Allison Stevens Lawson joined the Accounting Department at Fenton & Ross in January 2018 as a Bookkeeper and was later promoted to Accounting Department Manager in 2019. In 2021 she joined the Tax Department and is currently a Senior Accountant at Fenton & Ross.
Allison graduated Cum Laude from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical (A&T) State University in 2016 where she received her Bachelor's in Accounting. In 2017 she graduated from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical (A&T) State University with a Master's in Business Administration concentration Accounting. Allison is a member of Beta Alpha Psi an international honor society for accounting, finance and information systems students attending universities accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business or the European Quality Improvement System.
She also holds a Green Belt certificate in Six Sigma. Allison is currently pursuing her CPA license. She loves spending time with her family and being outside enjoying the sun.
Bryan joined Fenton & Ross in 2019. He enjoys helping businesses with their accounting and bookkeeping needs. He has been a bookkeeper for over three years with a CPA firm and is Quickbooks® Online Certified. He went to California Institute of the Arts where he studied theater and film.
Carlee Renteria has been working at Fenton & Ross since 2014. She began at Fenton & Ross as David Fenton's assistant and has now become V.P. of Operations. She earned her bachelor's degree in Communication Studies at California State University, Long Beach, in the Spring of 2017. Her passion for accounting and tax began shortly after working at Fenton & Ross. Since then, she's further taken multiple accounting and tax classes to strengthen her knowledge of finance and tax. Carlee enjoys spending time with friends and family and continuing to build relationships through various social groups in the Los Angeles community.

Chris Ramos provides tax preparation, bookkeeping and payroll services to business and individual clients, and has been with Fenton & Ross since 2011. Chris earned his Bachelors Degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Danny O'Neill joined the Fenton & Ross team in 2013 having prior experience in the hotel management and non-profit management fields. He provides tax, consulting, and bookkeeping functions for our clients. Danny earned his bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
David A. Fenton is an experienced provider of tax planning, compliance and business consulting services. His focus is on the unique needs of clients in the real estate, health care, and entertainment industries.
In 2003, David Fenton founded the CPA firm: Fenton & Ross . Previously, David worked with Good Swartz Brown & Berns as a senior manager in the firm's Los Angeles office. Prior to joining that firm, Mr. Fenton spent several years as a manager at Ernst & Young, meeting the tax needs of business clients. Over the years, David has advised hundreds of businesses on various tax and operational issues and has prepared thousands of tax returns for businesses and their owners.
David earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from UCLA in 1991 . As a certified public accountant, Mr. Fenton is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
David is married to wife Jodi and has two young children . Outside of his family life, David is active in the community and currently serves on the board of directors for the Jewish Big Brothers of Los Angeles . He is also the Treasurer for the nonprofit group - Parents Education League of Los Angeles.

David Tseng is a Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of experience in taxation. David has assisted individuals, as well as small and large businesses with tax and accounting related matters. Prior to joining Fenton & Ross in early 2015, he worked with a national public accounting firm in Los Angeles. David is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics, with concentration in Accounting. David and his family live in Torrance, CA, where they are active in their kids' school and scouting.
Jami Faddoul joined Fenton & Ross in June 2022. She provides tax preparation services for our clients. Jami graduated from the University of South Dakota with a master's degree in accounting in 2016. She previously worked in public accounting and is currently pursuing her CPA license."
Jason Wong joined Fenton & Ross in June 2014, previously working in banking and the entertainment industry. He provides tax preparation and bookkeeping functions for our clients. Jason graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor's degree in political science and National Chengchi University in Taipei, Taiwan, with a master's degree in Asia-Pacific Studies. He also spent two years serving in the U.S. Peace Corps in Malawi.
Jennifer Castillo has been working at Fenton & Ross since December of 2019. She lives in Los Angeles and has previously studied at Los Angeles Community College and Santa Monica College.
Jessica Cervantes has been working at Fenton & Ross since January of 2022 as an administrative assistant. She resides in Los Angeles and is currently studying at California State University Long Beach. Jessica will be receiving her BA in Spanish and Translation Studies on May of 2022.
Jessica Javaheri joined Fenton & Ross in 2012. She maintains our office services by organizing office operations and procedures and is responsible for all project management for our clientele. Jessica graduated from University of California, Los Angeles with her bachelor's degree in Sociology.
Joshua Florendo joined the Fenton & Ross team in January 2024. He graduated from California State University, Northridge with a degree in Accounting and Information Systems. He is responsible for implementing new technologies and systems within the organization as well as assisting in tax preparation services.
Manny Pineda joined Fenton & Ross in January 2023 as David Fenton's assistant. She worked in the restaurant industry for nine years, where she enjoyed training, developing, and connecting with her team and guests. In addition, Manny enjoys traveling and creating memories with her friends and family.

Marcela became part of our team January 2021 as a bookkeeper. She has been working as a bookkeeper since 2014, in which she discovered a passion for Accounting and decided to pursue a career in that field. Her goal is to pursue her Masters Degree and become a CPA.
Yoni started working as a tax accountant in 2007. He joined the Fenton & Ross tax team in 2014 and has been working to assist small-to-medium business and individuals with their tax and accounting needs. Yoni has experience in business and individual taxation, tax planning and accounting services. He has a bachelor's degree in finance from California State University, Northridge, a MBA with a concentration in Finance from Pepperdine University and his CPA license.
