Angelica L. Novick

Angelica L. Novick is an experienced and broad-based litigator who represents individuals and entities in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration. Immediately prior to joining the firm Ms. Novick was Senior Counsel at one of the largest multi-national law firms in the country (Am Law 50). In that capacity, Ms. Novick represented clients throughout the United States in high-stakes and complex commercial litigation disputes and arbitrations, as well as in government enforcement actions and investigations. Ms. Novick is a versatile attorney and has the demonstrated ability to master diverse subject matters. Daniel J. DiMatteo

Daniel J. DiMatteo has experience in a diverse range of practice areas - from catastrophic personal injury to class actions to complex commercial litigation. Daryl D. Parks is an accomplished lawyer and businessman who received an undergraduate degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU), and a law degree from Florida State University (FSU). Gregory S. Lynam

Gregory S. Lynam is an experienced tax whistleblower attorney who handles tax claims and federal tax controversies at our office in Washington, D.C. Mr. Lynam represents clients in cases involving federal tax controversies and tax appeals. He has maintained special attention in his career to international tax matters. Matthew K. Scott A. Knott is an experienced tax whistleblower attorney in Florida who has focused his practice on handling these claims.
