FIRETTI BUILDERS - Key Persons
Debbi brings over 20 years accounting experience to Firetti Builders, Inc. after attending Trenton State College and having her own bookkeeping business. She manages the office and loves working in the building business especially meeting the new clients and watching their dreams come true with the building of their home.
Not only is Debbi a Firetti employee, but she is also a satisfied Firetti Builders, Inc. client along with three other satisfied clients on her street in St. James. In her spare time, she enjoys playing golf, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband Gary and two rescue dogs Vito and Bella.
James, born in upstate S.C., began his construction career at an early age. Building his first treehouse at 8 years old, James knew homes were in his future. A finish carpenter by trade, James has a combined 20 years' experience in commercial and residential construction, 10 of those years as a project manager.
Joining the Firetti team in 2013, James oversees construction from start to finish. He works closely with subcontractors and vendors to ensure schedules are met.
In his free time, James enjoys spending time with family, fishing, and numerous outdoor activities.
Firetti Builders, Inc. was founded by Joe Firetti, Sr. who built many homes and entire communities in the Baltimore/Washington area. Firetti Builders, Inc. won many awards due to unsurpassed quality, uncompromised style, and creativity. Firetti Builders, Inc. moved exclusively to North Carolina in 2001. Joe, Sr. officially retired from Firetti Builders, Inc.
Joe Firetti II, a third-generation home builder, graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of Business and Management in 1995. He gained extensive experience working with various large custom home builders in Raleigh, N.C., prior to his move to Southeast N.C. in 2001 to join his Dad and Firetti Builders, Inc.

His focus on individual service and exceptional quality has earned Firetti Builders, Inc. a strong reputation as one of the leading building firms in the area. When Joe II is not working to build customers the home of their dreams, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially at the beach, boating, and fishing.

Michelle grew up in Northern Virginia and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications at George Mason University. Her father was a building contractor and her mother was a realtor, so they were constantly remodeling and restoring homes.
Michelle joined her mother in the field and was a licensed full-time realtor in Northern Virginia for over 6 years and a licensed real estate assistant for three years. This is where she learned firsthand about marketing and selling real estate and inherited the family talent of visualizing and transforming properties. In her spare time, Michelle loves gardening at her home in Southport and spending time with a good book on the beautiful North Carolina beaches.
