A Graduate of the Panjab University, Chandigarh, with an experience of over two decades in publishing services. He acquired numerous professional experience in the print media and the field of book publishing services. He worked with many multinational companies in India and the UK, before starting Fidus Design in 2004.
He aims to build an organization committed to values-based leadership and to promote a culture of trust, transparency, integrity and mutual respect. His focus rests on identifying and developing new markets, business development, and planning for the continued growth of the company. He makes every serious effort to ensure that his varied and talented team of professionals works as a cohesive unit so that his clients receive a professional and pleasant experience while dealing with Fidus.

The very dynamic Divya is a post-graduate (Commerce). She heads the Operations Department and manages all the production operations. She possesses over 16-years of professional experience in book typesetting and data conversion.
She stays abreast and enjoys working with the latest technological developments in the field of pre-press services. She has displayed her creative streak by creating automation tools and programs that yield efficient, high-quality results in eBook conversion. Her expertise in this field has been indispensable in training our growing team to supply our clients with superior products.

Rajesh co-founded Fidus Design and is an integral and indispensable part of the organization. Graduated from Panjab University, he plays a multi-functional role, ranging from production to administration.
He is actively involved in the day-to-day office administration and possesses a keen sense of finance & accounting. He also manages the entire production operations of self-publishing books.
