FLAT-FORMS

Flat-Forms are a unique, patented concrete forming tubes system that enables you to create octagonal concrete piers and concrete footings for your decks, porches, buildings and other structures. It stores flat to save precious space, opens easily into a sturdy tube and, with the forming collar, can be anchored solidly in place for the concrete pour. It features a flared bottom that forms a bell-shaped bottom, which adds strength and stability. Flat-Forms are 12" in diameter and 48" in height. Flat-forms produce elegant octagonal piers or columns that will compliment your craftsmanship.
