Joe graduated with a BS in Pharmacy from Wayne State University in 1977. He co-founded FIAI in 1984 and passed the Investment Advisers Series 65 in 2010. He is also a member of the Investment Committee and offers financial planning as part of advising services.
Joe lives in Livonia with his wife where they have raised 4 children and enjoy time spent with their grandchildren. He also enjoys travel, golf, and volunteer work.

Sarah joined FIAI in 2007 and has a BBA in Accounting from Andrews University. She takes great pride in providing prompt caring service to our clients and being an advocate for improving the client experience at FIAI. Sarah passed the Investment Advisers Series 65 in 2015. After years focused on operations, client communications, accounting, and compliance support; she became the President of FIAI in 2021 and Chief Compliance Officer in 2022.
Sarah lives in Waterford with her husband, son, and their 2 rescue dogs. In down time she enjoys cooking, gardening, Lego, board games, and hours spent researching random facts.
