Bruce Marshall

Bruce Marshall is the Firedragon Training Director for Eastern Massachusetts. He has over 45 years experience in gas, oil and heating systems. He is a Licensed Oilburner Technician and has been teaching for over 30 years and is well known for teaching on System 2000 and Suntec pumps. ​He is the retired Training Director for Emerson-Swan where he taught many product oriented and generic programs. Bruce brings a wealth of knowledge to any classroom or lab setting. ​He conducts training in Eastern Massachusetts for Firedragon.

George Lanthier

George Lanthier is the co-owner and Chief Instructor of Firedragon. He is a graduate of Waltham Vo-Tech High School (Electronics) and the Benjamin Franklin Institute of Boston. He has been a Licensed Massachusetts (MA) Oilburner Technician since 1967 and also holds both MA Master Pipefitter Licenses, and a Master Sheetmetal Worker's License. ​He has been a Certified Level 9 Instructor in both gas and oil heating installation and maintenance with the US Air Force Reserve, a Certified MA Instructor in oilburners since 1975 and is also a MA Sheet Metal Instructor. He is a graduate of many industry trade schools and programs and is a graduate of RIELLO's Residential Burner School in Legnano, Italy. Isabella (Issie) Lanthier is co-owner and Firedragon Academy's Office Manager and Marketing Director having joined the firm in 2008. She is responsible for editing books and magazine articles as well as all of the company's marketing efforts using all forms of media; emails, fax and postal mail.

Paul Muise

Paul Muise is Firedragon's Chief Lab Instructor with over 45 years of experience. He is a Licensed Oilburner Technician and retired from Pioneer Oil in Worcester. Paul's amiable style and knowledge makes him a valuable asset to students in the lab.
