Floyd Construction was founded by Joe Floyd in 1978 in Santa Barbara and relocated to Marin County in 1983. We are a versatile construction company that has since evolved to medium size providing a range of building services from small remodels and repairs to high-end new homes throughout Marin and the greater Bay Area. In addition to residential construction we have done many commercial and landscaping projects. Working with good clients is much more important to us than the size, type, or location of the project.
