A.W. Spellmeyer, President/CEO began his career with First Bankers' Banc Securities, Inc. (FBBS), formerly First St. Louis Securities, Inc., in July of 2004 as an assistant trader. He has actively traded in federal agencies, corporate debt, brokered C.D.'s and mortgage-backed securities. A.W. has received several promotions while employed with the investment firm, most recently to President in October of 2015. He added CEO to his title in March of 2016. He was added to the board of directors of Bankers' Banc Investment Services and First Bankers' Banc Securities, Inc. in the fall of 2015. He was appointed as an advisory director to the Midwest Independent Bancshares, Inc. holding company board and as an advisory director for Midwest Independent BankersBank in March of 2016. A.W. has been an instructor at the Missouri Bankers Association School of Bank Management since 2016. He has written numerous articles and is a frequent speaker regarding investments and interest rate risk for many banking associations. He is a graduate of Saint Louis University's Cook School of Business where he received his undergraduate degree in Economics in May of 2004. Ardi Baniahmad - Managing Director

Ardi joined First Bankers' Banc Securities (FBBS) in November 2020 to help build out the Structured Product and Brokered Deposit platform focusing on distributing products to private banks, credit unions, investment advisors and broker dealers. Prior to joining FBBS, he served as a Managing Director on the Structured Product and Brokered CD Underwriting and Distribution desk at Piper Sandler. He previously worked in a similar role at First Empire/Stifel and Bank Hapoalim. Ardi's long-term focus on swaps and derivatives gives the team a solid foundational expertise to deliver efficient funding to our issuers and high quality products to our clients. Ardi has a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego.

Cheryl Boyer began her employment with First Bankers' Banc Securities, Inc. (FBBS), (formerly First St. Louis Securities, Inc.), in June, 2000. She has been employed with FBBS over 20 years working in all aspects of the operations department. In 2008, she was tasked to implement a new bond portfolio accounting system for the company's community bank customers to utilize. Christy Haedike joined First Bankers' Banc Securities, Inc. in September 2020 as the Vice President/Chief Compliance Officer. She is based in the St. Louis, Missouri office. Christy has over 27 years of experience in the financial services industry. Haedike started her career in 1994 as a financial advisor, by opening a new branch office for Edward Jones in Carlyle, Illinois. She moved to St. Louis in 1995 after accepting a management position in the Home Office of Edward Jones. In 1997, she was named the Chief Compliance Officer for FFP Securities and FFP Advisory where she was responsible for establishing, documenting and enforcing all compliance processes and procedures in accordance with SEC, FINRA, MSRB and state regulations. Christy has also acted as Chief Compliance Officer, AML Officer, Privacy Officer, as well as other compliance roles for the following firms: First Allied, EverBank Wealth Management, EverTrade Direct Brokerage and TIAA. She graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign/Urbana, Illinois, with a Bachelor of Science degree. Christy has been an active committee member for two of the FINRA Testing and Standard Committees since 1995. The committees are composed of individuals from the industry, SRO staff and SRO members including staff from the MSRB, CBOE, NYSE and FINRA. Dewey Kerner - VP

Dewey Kerner was promoted to Vice President in January 2020 and works in our Denver, Colorado office. Mr. Kerner assists a variety of banks, trust companies and wealth managers with investment services. He is very active in the banking associations throughout the Western states he serves. He previously deployed his specialized skill set in the mortgage industry as an accomplished Mortgage Loan Officer with American Equity Mortgage. Dewey is a 2019 graduate of the Iowa School of Banking. He also graduated from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston with a degree in Biological Sciences. Dianne McDonald

Dustin Bonnett - VP

Dustin Bonnett joined First Bankers' Banc Securities, Inc. in December 2019, and is based in Austin, TX. He has been a licensed investment representative since August 2012. His clients include banks, trusts, insurance companies, money managers and investment advisors. Today, he specializes in fixed income products with a focus on municipal, corporate, government agency, MBS, CMO, CMBS and CD's. He began his financial career in July 2007 with Wells Fargo & Company in Des Moines, Iowa. As a mortgage consultant, he advised on various products to customers throughout the United States. During that time, he also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Family Financial Planning from Iowa State University, which contains the core competencies for the CFP exam. Dustin subsequently moved to Austin, Texas where he completed a training program with Maverick Trading and began trading equity options while simultaneously gaining experience working with stocks, options, mutual funds, ETF's, and futures contracts. In July 2012, he obtained an institutional sales position with D.A. Davidson in Des Moines, a position that eventually took him to Kansas City. Dustin graduated from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, IA, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Banking.

Edward A. Krei

Edward A. Krei joined First Bankers' Banc Securities in a bank management services and sales support role in 2018, with more than 20 years investment experience. Based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Ed is a faculty member of the Southwestern (SMU) and Colorado Graduate banking schools and has served as a speaker for financial institution regulatory agencies and numerous other banking programs. He worked for an international accounting firm and was managing director and shareholder of an institutional fixed income broker/dealer. Krei graduated with honors from the University of Mississippi and is a member of that school's accounting Hall of Fame. He was gold medalist on the CPA examination in Tennessee. Ed has served on the Boards of numerous charitable organizations and is a Trustee of the Oklahoma City Community Foundation and the University of Mississippi Foundation.

Jason Henderson, Vice President/Controller, originally joined Midwest Independent BankersBank (MIB) in June of 2002 as a documentation specialist in the Loan Department. Henderson has held various positions while employed with MIB. Jim Courrier joined First Bankers' Banc Securities, Inc. in 2010 as an Assistant Vice President. He was promoted to Vice President in October 2020. He works closely with financial institutions, trust companies and wealth managers throughout the Midwest to appropriately structure their investments to meet their income and liquidity needs, and continues to meet and assist new clients as well. Jim's career began in 1985 at Centerre Bank in Chesterfield, MO, in their teller department. He continued in this position after their merger with Boatmen's Bank, until 1994. During this time, he was repeatedly rewarded for exceptional customer service. In 1994, Jim joined the accounting department of Citizens National Bank in Maplewood, MO, where he performed several of the month-end and year-end tasks. After obtaining his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri - St. Louis, he joined Baird, Kurtz and Dobson, CPAs (now BKD, LLP) as a financial statement auditor with an emphasis on the banking industry, giving him the opportunity to analyze the operations of numerous community banks throughout the Midwest and suggest improvements to their directors. Mark worked with over 150 brokers, assisting on day-to-day sales activities, providing investment solutions and advising financial institutions of all sizes, with decades of established relationships across the country. Michael McGinnis came to First Bankers' Banc Securities, Inc. (FBBS) as a Vice President in the Fall of 2022. Prior to joining FBBS, Michael was employed as a managing director and southeast sales manager of B. Riley Securities, Inc.'s Fixed Income Capital Markets division. He brings over 40 years of experience in the fixed income industry where he developed an extensive background across all levels of institutional and retail sales, investment banking, underwriting and trading across a wide range of non-taxable and taxable securities. Michael leverages his knowledge and experience to provide clients with strategic portfolio management reflective of the highly regulated environment. His clientele includes banks, savings and loans, credit unions, insurance companies, pension funds, investment advisors, mutual funds, hedge funds, public funds, and individuals. Previously, McGinnis served as a Director in Hilltop Securities' Capital Markets division, opening, and managing their Memphis office. He opened with just himself, when the firm was Southwest Securities, Inc., growing the office to thirteen sales, trading and public finance bankers before Hilltop bought Southwest Securities. His previous experience includes 17 years as an Executive Vice President and Branch Manager at a Little Rock firm where he was involved with all levels of sales, secondary municipal tax-exempt and taxable trading, competitive underwriting and opening public finance, as well as the first branch office in New Orleans. He also assisted in developing and managing the firm's retail sales, equity, UIT and mutual fund departments. He joined the firm as the thirteenth employee with $400,000.00 in capital and left with over one hundred employees and $22,000,000.00 in capital. Steven Thompson joined First Bankers' Banc Securities (FBBS) at the beginning of 2017 and built our ALM Desk serving community banks. He brings over 15 years of experience in finance, having managed $850 million dollars of fixed income portfolios, forecasted and modeled over $40 billion of asset cash flows across four major currencies, and serves as the firm's Financial Operations Principal at FBBS. Steven is an ALM Strategist working with clients to better quantify, forecast, and manage their risk profiles. He holds a bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, with fields of study including mathematics, probability, statistics, economics, theory of interest, math modeling, and computer coding, from the Maryville University in St. Louis, MO, and has passed Exam P (Probability and Statistics) and FM (Financial Mathematics) given by Society of Actuaries. Prior to joining FBBS, Steven worked for a global insurer as a Portfolio Analyst, as well as a Senior Financial Consultant, specifically producing ALM forecasts and transitioning company modeling systems.

Taylor Brengard Healey was first welcomed at First Bankers' Banc Securities, Inc. her sophomore year of college during a summer internship for the company. Upon graduating from the University of Missouri's Trulaske College of Business with a Bachelor's degree in 2012, she joined FBBS as an Investment Officer and maintains the FINRA Series 7 and 63.
