Our current FireWorks Restaurant building is an environmental leader in the industry. We custom-designed it to feature strategically positioned windows, skylights and a self-sustainable geothermal heating and cooling system. In 2009, we carried our eco-friendly efforts to the outdoors. FireWorks installed a 5,400 square foot rain garden containing more than 3,200 native plants, shrubs and trees. The self-sufficient rain garden captures pollutants from rain water runoff, and serves as a beautiful rest stop for users of the Billy Wolff bike trail... FireWorks Restaurant opened in downtown Lincoln, Nebraska in December 2002. As Lazlo's Brewery & Grill‘s more adventurous sister, we keep the tradition of from-scratch cooking, house-brewed ales and teamwork service.
