Debby joined First Sound Bank in March of 2019 and brings over 20 years of exceptional experience to the bank. Debby previously served as the CFO of The Bank of Washington. Before her time at The Bank of Washington Debby was with Mission Bank in Bakersfield, California where she served in the capacity of Senior Vice President of Operations and Information Technology. Prior to that tour, she demonstrated her versatility as an accomplished banker with Eastside Commercial Bank in Bellevue as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer. In addition, she has been employed with NCW Community Bank as the CFO and Mid State Bank. Debby is a graduate of University of Phoenix with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance.

Elliott Pierce - EVP

Elliott began his banking career with Rainier National Bank in Seattle and has been a banker for over 40 years in the Pacific Northwest. Most recently, he was EVP and Chief Credit Officer at Sound Community Bank. Elliott has been active in the community throughout his career. He is a previous Board Member of the Salvation Army of King County and the YMCA of King County. He was a longtime member of the President's Club of the Seattle Chamber of Commerce, has served as a member of the Washington Bankers Association Senior Credit committee and is a former Elder at University Presbyterian Church. Elliott spent 20 years volunteering as a youth basketball coach with the Seattle Parks Department. Elliott graduated from the University of Washington. He received his MBA from Seattle Pacific University and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.

Kathleen Y. Titcomb

Ms. Titcomb is an active community volunteer serving a variety of King County organizations over the years. She has prior associations with the Junior League, the Seattle Art Museum Supporters (SAMS) where she served as President from 1989-2000, Seattle Art Museum Board of Trustees, and the Seattle Children's Home Board of Trustees from 1994-2002. She has had an active role in fundraising and served as Chair of Fundraising for Brookside Elementary from 1999-2000. Ms. Titcomb was Internal Auditor for Mobil Oil Corporation from 1980-82 and Internal Auditor for MCO Resources in 1982-83 (both in Los Angeles), and Business Broker and Manager for V.R. Business Brokers in 1983-85 in Bellevue and Seattle. She was co-owner of Sorel's Gourmet Food and Kitchen Store in Seattle from 1985 to 1990. Ms. Titcomb graduated from the University of Puget Sound with BA degrees in Economics and Finance. She graduated in 1980 Magna Cum Laude from the Institute of Internal Auditors and was named a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) in 1982.

Marty joined First Sound Bank in March of 2019. For the previous 6 years, Marty was President & CEO at The Bank of Washington, a locally-owned community bank with branches throughout the Puget Sound market. Prior to The Bank of Washington, Marty spent 3 years as President & CEO at Charter Bank in Bellevue, a subsidiary of Boston Private Bank. Previously in his career, Marty held senior management positions at Commerce Bank of Washington and Bank of America. Marty's extensive civic involvement has included board of trustee positions with The Rainier Club where he served as President, Seattle Opera, Boy Scouts, ACT Theatre, Multiple Sclerosis Society, Music Aid Northwest, Salvation Army, Imagine Housing, and the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce. Marty received an MS from Yale University and a BS from Rutgers University.

Michael O. Evered

Born in Seattle, and a graduate of Seattle University, Mr. Evered brings to the Board a wealth of prior business experience and community involvement indicative of his interest in the Seattle area. His early career included positions with Shell Oil, Chrysler Credit and Baxter Medical before he joined Bellevue Lincoln Mercury - a successful Eastside auto dealership owned and operated by his family for more than 44 years. During his time there, Mr. Evered was elected to and served on the Lincoln Mercury National Dealer Council from 1993-94. Mr. Evered has always given back to the community in a variety of significant ways. A member of the Bellevue Rotary Club since 1979, he served as its president in 1990-91, raised over $250,000 for the Rotary Wishing Well Foundation to benefit terminally ill children. Mr. Evered also served as president and board member of Eastside Mental Health; as a Bellevue City Council member from 1979-1983; as a member of the Bellevue Civil Service Commission; and as a member of the Central Business District Action Committee, which was instrumental in the development of Downtown Bellevue. Additionally, Mr. Evered chaired the finance committee for the development of Meydenbauer Center and for the $2.5MM capital campaign for St. Madeline Sophie Catholic Church. He currently serves as spokesperson for Electron Beam Tomography (EBT) for the Swedish Heart Institute at Swedish Medical Center and previously as a member of the Board of Regents at Seattle University.

Steven Evans Joins

Steven Evans became a member of First Sound Bank May 2019. He recently was the bank's Senior Vice President, Manager of Commercial Banking. He is currently the Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer reporting directly to Marty Steele. Steven came to the bank with 26 years of sales, sales management in the risk management, finance and banking industries respectively. He worked in a variety of markets throughout the US, Canada and Abroad consulting other financial institutions about asset quality and management and correspondent lending programs as an investor. Steven's focus at First Sound is to grow the bank's core loan products while leading a sales team. Steven most notable experience has been in SBA growing these portfolios at other regional banks receiving several performance awards. Steven graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in marketing and sales. He has also received several certifications through the WBA and RMA respectively.

Mr. Schwartz serves as Senior Vice President with CBRE the international commercial real estate services firm. At CBRE, Steve advises his clients regionally and nationally on leasing, investment and workplace strategies. Before joining CBRE in 2018, Steve was a Managing Director with the commercial real estate advisory firm JLL. In 2011 JLL acquired Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc., a regional commercial real estate brokerage firm that Steve co-founded in 2003. Prior to his commercial real estate career, Steve was a Director of Institutional Bond Sales at Midland Montagu Securities and PaineWebber (now UBS Securities). He started his career as a commercial banker at Manufacturers Hanover Trust (now JP Morgan Chase) in New York. Mr. Schwartz has been very active in community activities having served on the boards of King County Sexual Assault Resource Center (KCSARC), Wellspring Family Services and Jewish Family Service. Mr. Schwartz received his BS Degree (Finance, International Business) from New York University.

Villette joined Bellevue Police Foundation as President and Executive Director in early 2021. She is an experienced leader with a solid 25-year track record managing growth for non-profits, successful technology start-ups and Fortune 150 companies. Villette is actively involved in the eastside and prior to joining the Bellevue Police Foundation, she was CEO of Kirkland based Imagine Housing, the most active non-profit affordable housing developer in East King County. During Villette's tenure, Imagine Housing experienced its greatest period of growth in housing production and services it provides to low-income and formerly homeless people in Bellevue, Issaquah and other eastside cities. Villette holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in upstate NY. Her extended family has roots in Bellevue for over 45 years. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two adult kids, and five grandkids. They enjoy travel, tennis, cycling, skiing and other outdoors activities in the Northwest.
