FINISHED CONCRETE - Key Persons
Corey is our Snow Plow Coordinator, responsible for over 20 commercial accounts including the local Mid-Michigan Medical Center. He is well respected by the customers, clientele, and his snow plow crew. During the summer months Corey is one of our lead set up guys and equipment operator (skidsteer and mini excavator).
We are proud to have Corey on our crew.
Garrett joined our team in 2019. He has a strong mechanical background and has integrated into the floor coating crew very well. He is a quick learner and is willing to help with anything he is asked to do. We look forward to many years working together.
John has been employed with Finished Concrete since 2013. He is our lead finisher and power trowel operator. His work ethic is steady as a pulling horse, as he is dedicated to his work. Even after a full day on the job, he still finds the energy for one of his hobbies - going to the gym. John puts the ˜finished ™ in Finished Concrete! Thank you, John, for being a great asset to our team.

In 1999 Justin entered the concrete business as a laborer for a local concrete company, learning not only the concrete business, but understanding the meaning of management. In 2002 Justin started "Finished Concrete" with the vision that his business would represent more than just a finished product.
Justin's customers are always praising his company and employees for their work, cleanliness and respectfulness they exhibit on the job. Justin works very hard, and expects the same from his employees. He is known for giving his customers and general contractors a little more than they pay for. He has a tendency to use the word "No Problem" a little to free, but always stands behind his word. Justin takes pride in his teams ™ concrete work, and the good reputation he has earned, because he feels that satisfied customers are his company's best advertisement.
Matt is Project Coordinator for Finished Concrete. Before joining our team he was a heavy equipment operator for over 30 years and continually studies personal growth and development. He also served our country as staff sergeant in the Army at Desert Storm. *Thank you for your service!
Nick is one of our newer additions to the flat work crew. He is an asset to our finished product and has natural knee board abilities for hand finishing. With a great attitude he is very polite and respectful to our customers. Thank you Nick for being part of our team.
Todd is the newest member to our team and fits in well with the crew.

Val balances many titles at Finished Concrete. From Floor Coating Foreman to Field Concrete Expert, he has been our lead detail guy for a variety of projects. A letter from a very happy customer in Grayling documents the extra time he takes to ensure his projects come together clean, neat, and professional, resulting in an impressive finished product. Val also played a big part in launching our second location in Mio, with his hands on organizational skills and vision to pull it all together. He is a ˜Good " Better " Best ™ kinda man.
Zander is a 2nd Generation concrete worker and a promising future finisher! He listens well and is eager to learn. Great to have you on board Zander!
