Susan has 35+ years of legal experience, which is a great benefit to clients during the estate planning process. Emmy joined the Flammia Elder Law Firm in 2017 as the Probate and Guardianship paralegal. Emmy has 17 years' of experience as a paralegal and 5 years' of experience in the Probate Division of the Clerk's office in Orange County, Florida, where she began her career. Emmy moved to Oviedo in 1986 from Virginia Beach, Virginia. She became a Florida Registered Paralegal in 2009. She then received her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Valencia Community College in 2011 and her Bachelor's Degree in 2013 from the University of Central Florida in Legal Studies. Emmy loves taking kickboxing classes in her free time as well as spending time with her family, which includes her husband, two daughters, and dogs, Wilson and Dakota. Her dedication to family solidifies her ever heightened concern and care for our clients.

Hannah Robinson

Emmy joined the firm in 2017 as the Probate and Guardianship paralegal. Emmy has 17 years of experience as a paralegal. Hannah is originally from Illinois, where she earned her B.A. in Psychology from Southern Illinois University. After graduating college, she moved to Florida with her now husband. Before moving to Florida, Hannah worked throughout college at the Undergraduate Admissions Office. She coordinated campus visits for prospective students and guided campus tours. Her organization and enjoyment for helping prospective students and their families made her a perfect fit for an Administrative Assistant with the Flammia Elder Law Firm. Hannah joined the Flammia Elder Law Firm in 2014. She began her role as the Administrative Assistant, and throughout the years has worked in all areas of the firm practice. Her dedication to helping others has led to her current role as Public Benefits Specialist and Office Manager. When she's not at work, you can find Hannah with her husband and two dogs. Most likely her husband is trying to talk her out of adopting another dog! She also enjoys times with her friends and being creative.

Harley Lane

Harley Lane is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who joined our firm in 2021, on a part-time basis. It didn't take long before Oreo promoted her as the Vibe Manager and Head of all things Awesome. Harley Lane loves coming to work, and being a part of the office's Mascot Team at the Flammia Elder Law Firm with Oreo Puccini as their Senior VP of Mascot Operations and Penny as the Manager of Doodle Operations. Harley Lane has learned from Oreo to provide comfort to our clients with lots of love and doggy kisses. She is a very sweet and loveable little girl. In her free time, Harley Lane loves meeting new people, chasing lizards, hanging out with her fur-friends, cuddling with mom and dad, and going on road trips. Harley Lane loves spreading doggy love everywhere she goes.

Kathleen Flammia has been practicing law since 1989. She is a Florida Bar Board Certified Elder Law Attorney, making her a legal expert in this area of law. Kathleen is an Accredited Veterans Claim Attorney, as required to practice law before the VA. She is AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest rating an attorney can receive. Kathleen is a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys (AFELA), WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel, Orange County Bar Association, and the Florida Bar (Elder Law Section). Michael joined the Flammia Elder Law Firm in 2022 and practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, and trust administration. He is also a VA accredited Attorney. Stacey joined the Flammia Elder Law Firm in 2018. She focuses her practice on estate planning, special needs planning, probate, trust administration, guardianship, and Medicaid planning. She is also an Accredited Veterans Claim Attorney as required to practice law before the VA. Stacey is a Florida Bar Board Certified Elder Law Attorney, making her a legal expert in Elder Law. Florida Board Certification is the highest level of evaluation by the Florida Bar, awarded only to lawyers with exceptional knowledge, skills, and proficiency, as well as a reputation for professionalism and ethics in a particular field of law Stacey is a Florida native. She grew up in Miami, Florida before moving to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida (UCF). Stacey graduated from UCF in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies. During her time in college and before attending law school, Stacey worked as a legal assistant and paralegal gaining hands on experience in the legal field.
