Frederick J. Koelle is a CPA with 30+ years of experience. In 1984 Fred founded his practice with the intent to provide personalized service and help individuals and businesses take the stress out of tax planning and preparation. Today, F.J. Koelle & Associates P.C. remains a personalized, boutique-orientated professional service.
Fred's greatest pleasure in running the firm is the opportunity it provides him to make new friends and help people. His personal motto "I have friends I haven't even met yet" illustrates his interest in cultivating personal relationships as a means to providing superior service.
Previously, Fred has been the Chief Financial Officer of two new economy businesses, Dexpo.com and Assetline Inc. In those capacities, he has experience in the creation of business models, the creation of financial reporting structures, management of the international taxation of e-commerce transactions, and the conduct of private placements, et al.
Mr. Koelle has authored many educational workshops and seminars; including The Philadelphia Free Library's guest speaker series, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants in their continuing professional education series, The Entrepreneur Works, Enterprise Center and Womens Opportunity Resource Center in their emerging business incubators.
A 1977 graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Mr. Koelle was certified in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1982. He is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Societies of Certified Public Accountants and is a past Treasurer of the Rotary of Philadelphia and current Treasurer of the Bucks County Harley Owner's Group. Fred lives with his wife Linda in Abington Pennsylvania and is a father of two and grandfather of one. Fred can frequently be found pursuing his passion, riding one of his Harley Davidson motorcycles.

Jamie Burns is a CPA with 20+ years of experience in performing all facets of tax planning, research, and compliance for a broad spectrum of clients. Her areas of practice specialization include tax preparation and planning for individuals and businesses.
Prior to joining FJK PC, Jamie built her career as a CPA specializing in taxation. She has gained extensive accounting and tax experience through senior accountant roles for a variety of regional CPA firms.
Jamie is a graduate of Widener University, Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She was certified in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2004. Jamie is a Philadelphia native, where she currently resides with her husband, Sean, and three beautiful children.

Lynn joined FJK PC in 2016 with 15 years' experience in Corporate Finance and Accounting.
She is well versed in analytical modeling, developing forecasts and budgets, analyzing key performance indicators, strategic planning, financial reporting, audit and tax. Prior to joining FJK PC she was with Tyco International for 8 years in various business and corporate finance roles, most recently as the Senior Manager of the Corporate Finance group reporting directly to the COO/Senior VP of Finance. Before working for Tyco, Lynn held several accounting positions and worked for a regional public accounting firm specializing in audit and tax. She is a 2002 graduate of West Chester University, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Lynn has served as a mentor for the Junior Achievement's Women's Future Leadership Forum in empowering and preparing young women as they prepare to enter the workforce, attend college, and/or join the armed forces.

Melody has been a valuable member of FJK PC since September 2020 and has over 25 years of experience, in Tax, Accounting and Para Legal work.
A graduate of St. Joseph's University with a degree in Accounting and Finance and a graduate of Widener University - Para Legal Program - Corporate and Contract Law. Melody is the Payroll Specialist at FJKPC and as such she is responsible for maintaining client payrolls, filing payroll tax returns, and interfacing with clients regularly. Melody frequently provides representation to clients to resolve tax issues with the IRS, Pennsylvania DOR and the City of Philadelphia DOR.
Her past achievements include being appointed as Controller by the Chester County Court in the capacity of a Court Custodian and the frequent successful defenses of clients in various IRS exams/inquiries and worker's compensation audits.
Melody prides herself on being extremely client focused, thereby maintaining long term client relationships. Her personal interests and activities include, past Violinist with Lansdowne Symphony Orchestra, singing in Top 40 bands while attending St Joseph's University and helping many stray dogs and cats find homes.

Stacey joined FJK PC in 2011. Her varied responsibilities include keeping the office running efficiently and ensuring deadlines are met. During tax season she manages workflow for preparers; distributes tax preparation information to clients; coordinates tax documents provided to the office; and fields client phone calls about everything from tax deadlines, to questions about FAFSA filing, to when estimated payments are due. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Temple University, and early in her career worked in public relations and marketing. She left the workforce to raise a family, became actively involved in her schools and community, and eventually ran for and won a seat as a Director of her local school board. She lives locally with her husband Marc and 3 children.
