Denise came to Guaranty Title in February, 2005. She has over 25 years in the real estate/title industry.
Denise came to Raleigh in 1982 and graduated from Peace College and Meredith College. She spends her spare time at the beach.
Shannon has been with Guaranty Title since April of 2009. Before coming to Guaranty Title she worked as a title search paralegal for 18 years.
Shannon has one teenage daughter and a beagle that keeps her on her toes.
