In following the footsteps of his grandfather and father, Cory has continued the tradition of owning and operating Flaugh Insurance Agency with the same dedication to customer service and offering only quality insurance products that have guided the business since it was first opened in 1943. Cory enjoys working with all insurance lines with a particular interest in Life and Business insurance programs. He takes great pleasure in advising and advocating for his clients and ensuring they have comprehensive coverage.
When out of the office, Cory enjoys the great offerings of Southwest Michigan
such as the beaches, trails, and state parks.
He is a proud member of Cornerstone Alliance, Southwest Michigan Regional Chamber of Commerce, St Joseph-Benton Harbor Rotary Club, Sarett Nature Center, Benton Harbor Moose Lodge, St. Joseph-Benton Harbor Elks Lodge, German American National Congress/DANK, Sons of the American Legion Post Benton Harbor, and St. Joseph Fraternal Order of Police Lodge.

Karen joined Flaugh Insurance Agency in July 2006, and has been working in the insurance industry since 1985 serving customers in Southwest Michigan area. Some customers had Karen as their agent for well over 30 years. She is a life-long resident of Southwest Michigan and knows the area and the people well. This gives her a unique perspective to understand her client's needs in order to create their customized insurance plan.

Karen has always been an outdoor person. During summer months she enjoys relaxing around the campfire. She enjoys spending time with her family, and is expecting her first grandchild this year.
