Fletcher Management was founded by Tom Fletcher in 1987 with one apartment building and has since gradually expanded to seven apartment, office and retail properties in Minneapolis and Edina. Jim Hessian has led the maintenance of our buildings since 1989 with the help of Dan Schneidkraut and our team of seasoned contractors. We provide personalized service and are readily accessible by phone, text, or email for our residents and office-retail tenants with 24 hour emergency service. Our most recent project was the 2018 rehabilitation of the historic Thompson Flats apartments by Loring Park which received a 2019 Minneapolis Preservation Award...
