You could say Cale has been training for his job as CEO for his whole career - largely because over the past 25 years, he's held several key roles at FORREC and knows the place inside and out.
From the start, Cale has been open to new opportunities, and now as CEO and president, is even more key in shaping FORREC as it evolves. His expertise in the industry made him an expert project director for some of our most complex assignments, overseeing many moving parts to bring projects to a successful conclusion. He has solid relationships with key suppliers and partners and is well-respected for his know-how and insightful mind. Cale is a champion of finding and nurturing the best people at FORREC, which might be described as one of his passions; he gets a kick out of seeing people grow beyond their boundaries. In short, Cale loves hard work and solving problems. His unflappable demeanor helps him pull off amazing things every day for our business and our clients.

Court joined FORREC in 2014 as an award-winning architect with 10+ years practice experience. Since then, he has proven himself a leader within the architecture studio by directing design, streamlining processes, overseeing teams, and budget management - all while maintaining key client relationships and elevating FORREC projects.

Dennis oversees the smooth operation of our company which, in this highly creative field, can sometimes seem like you're herding cats. Fortunately, as a licensed architect, Dennis understands the importance of creative freedom but knows it has to be tempered with a strong sense of discipline.
Dennis brings more than 15 years' experience to his role of vice president of operations. He has helped build close client relationships with some of the world's biggest names in entertainment design, including LEGO and Six Flags. He keeps complex assignments on track, makes sure all the moving parts stay untangled and develops business processes that safeguard the best interests of our clients and our company. That's no small task, given the over-the-top scale of our projects. A self-described contract geek, Dennis believes that dotting all the i's and crossing all the t's makes everyone happy by clearly spelling out expectations on both sides. He develops his structured thinking and problem-solving abilities by practicing Jiu Jitsu. The only creature immune to his considerable organizational skills is his happily rambunctious dog, Blizzie, who simply refuses to be managed.

Eric is our Regional Director for Southeast Asia, focusing on theme parks, which means his career can legitimately be described as a rollercoaster ride. But the truth is Eric knows as much about the ins and outs of theme parks as he does their ups and downs.

Jessica is a conceptual thinker and strategy-driven designer with award-winning experience in her field. She finds creativity in all her work, bringing a unique approach and experienced vision to her team. Her management style brings out the best in her team, creating a collaborative environment where everyone's experience matters to the overall design.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Design in Graphic Design from OCADU. After graduation, Jessica worked for several graphic design firms, including over six years at multi-disciplinary design firm DIALOG. Jessica's journey to FORREC has led her to channel her knowledge of design, branding, advertising, marketing, digital, and environmental graphic design to create material for many different clients across multiple sectors including some inspiring companies such as UNICEF Canada, Plan Canada, Kids Help Phone and CAMH. She is also a Registered Graphic Designer (RGD) and a member of the Society for Experiential Graphic Design (SEGD).

Driven by boundless optimism and backed by solid master planning experience, Linda is one of FORREC's leading vice presidents. She is also one of the calmest, most capable people on our leadership team.
Linda provides creative leadership and direction for all FORREC sectors, with hands-on experience coming from her previous role as our senior director of theme parks. Her listening skills and problem-solving abilities make her an expert master planner who likes to find creative solutions that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. She aims to maximize a project's potential, pushing the boundaries to accommodate the ever-changing theme park industry. Her project experience covers a broad spectrum, ranging from large-scale destination resorts such as Resorts World in Singapore; regional parks including LEGOLAND Florida and Malaysia, and Universal Studios Beijing; and a local children's playground in the not-for-profit Evergreen Brickworks at home in Toronto.

Matt is our executive in charge of potential - recognizing it, developing it and making it a reality.
Matt began his career as an architect, then quickly discovered his true calling was to create extraordinary destinations and memorable experiences for people. Matt's mantra is why just visit a place when you can completely immerse yourself in it? To that end, Matt has been an exhibition designer and consultant, in-house senior museum leader at three museums in Canada and the U.S., and project director, creative lead and executive at FORREC. He maintains a consistent presence in all our projects, starting with business development and extending to project management and creative direction. Matt believes if you build it right, people will come. And that's where his keen understanding of what people want cross-pollinates with what clients need for a mutually enriched and satisfying experience. Matt is an engaging, much sought after speaker whose insights into what's possible have inspired some of FORREC's most successful designs.
