Bailey Aggen

Bailey is committed to her clients and enjoys cultivating longstanding relationships with each. Her focus ranges from representing local "start-up" companies to large multi-national Fortune 500 corporations. Bailey is recognized by her peers as a rising star within the industry. She is a Seattle native, a graduate of the University of Washington, and is invested in giving back to her community.

Brian Hayden

Brian grew up in Lake Oswego, Oregon and moved to Seattle in 1999 to attend the University of Washington. Brian graduated cum laude in 2003 with majors in Political Science & Economics, a minor in Communication and a Certificate of Business Advantage. Brian also earned his Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington in 2015. Brian volunteers as a member of the Board of Directors at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound and the Washington Athletic Club. Brian met his wife Michelle in 2011 and they were married in 2013. Brian and Michelle have three children (William, David and Hailey) and they live in Bellevue, WA. In his free time Brian enjoys coaching his kids, skiing, surfing, boating, running, cycling, golf, Seattle sports, live music and comedy.

Daniel Foster

Dan is a managing principal at Flinn Ferguson Cresa with over 24 years of experience in transaction management. As an exclusive tenant advocate since 1998, Dan has successfully represented some of the area's most influential office and high-tech tenants. Dan is routinely identified as a preferred corporate account partner for companies looking for "best in class" representation, allowing him the opportunity to broker some of the region's most relevant regional and global headquarters requirements. Dan's corporate level success provides immeasurable experience and credibility for all his clients large and small. Dan grew up in Eugene, Oregon and moved to Seattle in 1992 to attend the University of Washington. After graduation, Dan lived and worked in Japan before accepting an associate brokerage position at Flinn Ferguson Cresa in February of 1998. Dan and his wife Staci currently live in Seattle with their three children (Ruby, Campbell and Sarah). Dan is an avid Husky fan and enjoys golf, skiing, boating, Seattle sports and live music.

Daniel P. Flinn

Daniel, a Seattle native, attended the University of Washington. Daniel graduated from the School of Architecture after studying in Rome. Daniel met his wife while attending the Architecture in Rome program and have two grown children. Daniel enjoys spending time golfing, fly fishing, and all winter sports.

Deanna Guffey

Deanna joined Flinn Ferguson in 2020, primarily focused on research and marketing. Deanna has thoroughly and successfully executed site and real estate research for hundreds of Flinn Ferguson clients. Deanna also uses graphic design software and her artistic eye to create marketing materials that clearly present information that enable our clients to make educated decisions. Prior to joining Flinn Ferguson Cresa, Deanna worked with the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Renaissance Seattle Hotel where she managed social media and marketing outreach. Deanna is originally from a small town in Alaska and moved to the greater Seattle area for school. She graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History, minoring in Liberal Studies.

Ian Ducharme - SVP

Ian grew up in Bellevue and attended Eastside Catholic High School, where he was captain of his lacrosse team. In pursuit of his passion for skiing, he later attended University of Colorado Boulder and studied Political Science. Ian was introduced to commercial real estate through an international internship program with Colliers Hong Kong, where he supported their major accounts and valuations teams. After college, Ian gained national experience in the industrial real estate spectrum as manager of a Fortune 500 - 3PL's real estate portfolio. Presently, Ian focuses solely on representing industrial tenants in the Puget Sound and continues to manage portfolios with locations across North America. Ian spends his free time with his family skiing, fly fishing, golfing and hunting. He found his love for the outdoors by spending summers and winters with his grandparents in Eastern Washington and Central Idaho. Locally, he can be found at Magnuson Park on the weekends where he swims his Labrador, Winnie.

Jack Story - SVP

As a 3rd generation Seattleite, Jack attended the University of Washington and graduated with a Communications degree in 2014. Jack has strong family ties to the commercial real estate world, which brought him into the industry immediately following college. Jack's early success representing tenants at Kidder Mathews awarded him the Rookie of Year award in 2016. Jack brought his expertise to Flinn Ferguson Cresa is 2019 and has successfully built his resume since. Outside of work, Jack volunteers as a committee member of the Sigma Tau Educational Foundation. In his free time, Jack enjoys spending time with his family, especially his nephew Carson, and playing golf, tennis, and basketball.

Jade McKee

Jade was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. She attended the University of Washington where she graduated with a major in economics and a minor in diversity. Jade and her husband met in college and currently reside in Kirkland with their new puppy, Kona. In her free time, Jade enjoys skiing, traveling, reading and spending time with her family and friends.

Jake Michael - SVP

Having always had a passion for real estate, Jake entered the world of commercial real estate immediately after graduating from Western Washington University with a degree in business. Jake's main focus is to work with tenants to create a long-term strategy for their real estate needs that stretch beyond the transaction and cultivates a long relationship. Jake volunteers with various organizations that focus on cancer research. Jake spends his free time helping children with mental/learning disabilities and volunteers with the Boys and Girls Club whenever he has the chance. A fan of the outdoors, Jake can be found out in the mountains, in the gym, or watching any sport you can think of.

Jeff Jacobson - SVP

Jeff Jacobson was born in Seattle and grew up in Redmond, Washington. Jeff graduated from the University of Washington and embarked on a real estate career spanning thirty years. Jeff and his wife Nichole are board members of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Jeff and his wife met in elementary school, married after college and raised three kids, all of whom have flown the coop. Jeff and his wife reside on a farm and when not raising tomatoes and kale, spend most of their time riding bikes, skis, or climbing mountains.

Mark Fox

Mark has spent the entirety of his 18 years in Commercial Real Estate exclusively representing the interests of Pacific Northwest office tenants. Mark has earned the reputation as one of Seattle's most active and respected tenant advisors. Honesty, integrity and always placing the interests of the client first has rewarded Mark with hundreds of long standing relationships with local, national, and international companies. Prior to joining Flinn Ferguson Cresa, Mark spent the first 15 years of his career at the Tenant Advisory firm Washington Partners Cresa where he was a Principal and more recently JLL, where he served as an Executive Vice President. Mark is a Seattle native, a graduate of the University of Washington, and youth athletics coach.

Matt Hermsen

Matt grew up in the Puget Sound and attended the Claremont Colleges, graduating with a degree in Economics. He met his wife, Shannon, during his first year on campus. They were married in 2007 and have three children (Nicholas (12), Kaitlyn (9), and Elizabeth (newborn)) and live in Seattle. Both athletes in college (Shannon softball, Matt football and track), they enjoy running, with Matt recently completing a marathon in Snoqualmie, WA. In addition to running, Matt enjoys coaching his kids' teams, golfing, all Seattle sporting teams, wine, and traveling (with and without kids). Matt began his career at Flinn Ferguson in 2002 becoming a Principal in 2010 and Managing Principal in 2017.

Parker Ferguson

Parker co-founded Flinn Ferguson in 1995 after starting his commercial real estate career at CBRE in 1988. In addition to guiding the firm through many years of expansion, he has been fortunate to represent many of the most prominent companies from Adobe to Zillow. Parker and his team manage multiple corporate portfolios negotiating facilities in major metropolitan areas worldwide. Parker enjoys sailing and surfing with his family and friends and mentoring those early in their careers.

Sarah Phillips

Sarah Phillips joined Flinn Ferguson Cresa in 2018. She began working as a research analyst intern. In that role she developed vast market knowledge by working alongside the senior principals to learn the ins and outs of the industry. Sarah is originally from San Diego, California and moved to Seattle to attend the University of Washington. Sarah has experience working with clients from small startups to large international corporations. Her experience representing tenants include facility relocation, lease renewals, expansions, subleases, and purchases. Sarah is committed to finding facility solutions that allow companies to flourish by considering location, technical needs, culture, and growth and helping her clients develop and implement strategic plans for changing real estate needs.

Zach Dinsmore - VP

Zach grew up in Bothell, WA and went to Washington State University in 2012. Zach graduated from WSU with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and earned his real estate license in 2015 where he began his commercial real estate career. Zach was recently engaged to his fiancé, Jordynn, and they plan to get married in 2023. In his free time Zach enjoys live music, traveling and Seattle sports.
