For too long, if you were creative and lived regionally, you had one option - move. Foundry was created to stop this from happening. In fact, we wanted to go one further. What if suburban and regional centres had the best creative offerings, culture and community in the country, and could hold their own on the world stage? This is Foundry and this is our story, to enable communities to reach their potential and focus their passion. For us, that starts with education... Foundry has a simple mission - to foster creativity. We want education to excite people and champion community. We challenge the idea of what education is, what it can be, and ensure relevance to industry. We like education to be personable, not the one size fits all, and approachable, not elitist or exclusionary... Foundry provides a space for learners, industry, and accredited education partners to interact and form vibrant creative communities.
