Flexiprint is a Board of Investment (BOI) approved Sri Lankan company specializing in manufacturing high quality tea tags, tea envelopes, tagged pyramid-mesh tea bags, and flexible labels. The company was founded in 1994 by Sathis Abeywickrama, who is the pioneer of flexo press technology and water-based inks in Sri Lanka. Initially established in a 35,000sqft space at Dematagoda, Flexiprint expanded into a new 95,000sqft plant at Kadawatha in 2018 which is equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies capable of producing around 85 to 100 million premium tags per day.
